Much of May was spent traveling for the IHO meetings, which unfortunately impacted my response time. On behalf of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), I am pleased to share the attached formal letters to advance our mutual collaboration: * Official Request Letter: A formal request signed by me to receive Estonia’s Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC) from PRIMAR. * RENC Letter: A technical authorization that will enable NGA to establish a direct API connection to PRIMAR for seamless ENC retrieval. As detailed in the request letter, NGA would utilize your high-quality ENCs to produce robust derivative products for our customers. We view this as a significant step forward in strengthening the cooperation between our organizations and enhancing global maritime safety.
