On behalf of Mr. Chun Daeyup, Minister, National Court Administration of the Supreme Court of Korea, and Mr. Mathias Cormann, OECD Secretary-General, please find attached a letter of invitation to Mr. Villu Kõve, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Estonia to participate in the 2025 Sejong International Conference on the Rule of Law and Access to Justice, taking place on 22–23 September 2025 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
This high-level event, jointly organised by the Supreme Court of Korea and the OECD, will bring together judicial leaders from across the globe to exchange on emerging justice challenges, the role of courts in innovation, and practical solutions to enhance people-centred access to justice.
