Lease Agreement with ORANGE2FLY / Nr.1.3-105E/2018

Lennuamet HEAKSKIIT APPROVAL Lennuameti heakskiit margrendile votmise kohta Approval by Estonian Civil Aviation Administration for wetlease-in Lennuamet annab heakskiidu SmartLynx Airlines Estonia OU margrendile votmisele, vastavalt Euroopa Komisjoni maaruse (EL) nr 965/2012 punktidele ARO.OPS.110 (a)(4) ja ORO.AOC.110 (a). Kaesolev heakskiit ei kohaldu Euroopa Parlamendi ja Noukogu maaruse (EU) nr 1008/2008 uhenduses lennuteenuste osutamist kasitlevate uhiseeskirjade kohta artikli 13 loike 3 kohasele heakskiidule. The Estonian Civil Aviation Administration hereby approves the SmartLynx Airlines Estonia OUwet lease-in according to the Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 ARO.OPS.110 (a)(4) and ORO.AOC.110 (a). This approval does not extend the approval needed in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community Article 13(3). Subject: Wet Lease Agreement between SmartLynx Airlines Estonia OU (Republic of Estonia) and ORANGE2FLYAIRLINES S.A. (Greece) The Estonian Civil Aviation Administration has been notified and does not object to SmartLynx Airlines Estonia OU, Air Operator Certificate No EE-015, wet lease-in of A320-232 aircraft (MSN 1407) with registration mark SX-ORG, listed on ORANGE2FLY AIRLINES S.A. Air Operator Certificate No GR-053, as specified in the Wet Lease Agreement dated 25.09.2018. The Approval is validfrom 1st of October until 2ndofOctober 2018. Heakskiit tunnistatakse kehtetuks, kui selguvad dokumendi kehtivust valistavad asjaolud latitudes Rahvusvahelise Tsiviillennunduse Organisatsiooni, Euroopa Liidu voi riigisisestest nouetest. This approval shall be revoked in case of identification of any circumstances that would exclude validity of the approval based on regulations established by ICAO, European Union or the Republic ofEstonia.
