If needed, we will bring out in the acceptance, if there are some clauses we should modify or if some clauses are not applicable at all. To fully conclude the procurement contract, both parties would sign both the tender and the acceptance of the tender. According to our Framework Agreement art 5.2, an instrument of delivery shall be concluded, if applicable. However, full maintenance is a service, not physically deliverable. In such case, a delivery notification is not necessary. As per Framework Agreement article 6.2, the payment deadline has to be at least 21 calendar days as of submission of the invoice.
