Dear Official/Financial contact,
As part of the ETSI membership review and invoicing process for 2026, please take note of the following important information and required actions, including the completion of this FORM <https://forms.office.com/e/vCy1ws0b3v> :
* Proforma Invoices: The membership team will send the proforma invoices (quotes) after the General Assembly on 2-3 December, where the membership fees will be approved.
* Final Invoices: These will be sent at the beginning of January for payment.
* PO Number: If a PO number is required on your final invoice, please send it to us in advance.
* Billing Information: Kindly review the name and billing/order addresses currently registered (or mentioned on the proforma invoice) and notify us of any changes before the final invoice is issued.
* Membership Classification Updates: Please inform us if there are any changes regarding your declared GDP.
* Membership Resignation: The deadline for resignation is 30 September 2025. Otherwise, the membership for next year is renewed automatically.
