construction project “Riigitee nr 10 Risti – Virtsu – Kuivastu - Kuressaare km 56,3-65,0
Kõmsi – Virtsu lõigu rekonstrueerimine, RH 185042 (National Road No. 10 Risti – Virtsu –
Kuivastu - Kuressaare km 56,3-65,0 Kõmsi – Virtsu section reconstruction)", acting in the
role of Site Manager.
During this project, he was responsible for supervising construction works, ensuring compliance
with design documentation, technical standards, and safety regulations, as well as coordinating
contractors and site personnel. He also participated in the final tests and acceptance of the
investment. In accordance with Estonian building law, he was the person responsible for
managing the construction works.
Contract value: EUR 3.211.442,46
