As we are about to start 2022 end-of-year celebration, we will soon usher in the next upcoming 54th session of the IPC Committee of Experts (IPC/CE/54), which will take place on February 22 and 23, 2023. Please also note that, under agenda item 13, the Committee would like to include a similar topic as previous sessions concerning “Experience from offices on computer-assisted (e.g. AI-based) classification“, which allows sharing ideas and practice from offices in the field of computer-assisted (re)classification. Therefore, offices are kindly invited to present at the Committee your experience on / ideas & recent updates about computer-assisted (re)classification at your offices. Presentations can be made within 15-20 minutes each. Please refer to project CE 524 <https://www3.wipo.int/classifications/ipc/ipcef/public/en/project/CE524> for the presentations during the previous sessions of the Committee. It would be much appreciated if you could confirm your willingness by February 3, 2023 and send to the International Bureau your presentations by February 15, 2023, by returning to this message.
