INFORMATION RELATING TO THE MEETING  The Administrative Council will hold its 173rd meeting in person, in room 102 of the Munich Isar building, on Tuesday, 13 December 2022 (commencing at 10.30 hrs CET) and Wednesday, 14 December 2022 (ending around 17.00 hrs CET). A participant unable to attend in person may attend remotely via videoconferencing. B. PARTICIPATION AND PRIOR TESTING  Delegations are kindly requested to inform the Council Secretariat (by email to [email protected]) by Friday, 2 December 2022 of the following: O who will participate on 13 and 14 December 2022 O who will attend in person and who will attend the meeting remotely o who will be the member state’s representatives (no more than two) for any C (confidential) discussions as well as the two representatives entitled to vote on behalf of the delegation CA/81/22 e 1/10  It is highly recommended that all delegates, whether attending in person or remotely, join the online test to check their connections to the KUDO videoconferencing system. The following time slot has been scheduled for this purpose: Thursday, 8 December 2022 from 13.00 to 14.00 hrs CET Please note that everyone registering for the meeting will automatically receive an invitation to the videoconferencing test and to the meeting itself. Information on access to the Isar building and the provision of identity badges will be provided in advance of the meeting. C. MEETING DAYS  On-site participants o For on-site participants, the meeting will be conducted in room 102 (Isar building). o On day 1, you are kindly requested to arrive at the building from 9.30 hrs CET onwards. o The Council Secretariat will provide delegates with a fully configured tablet PC for the connection to the KUDO chat and voting system. Please ensure you have your KUDO username and password with you. o The Council Secretariat will be on hand to assist with all organisational aspects.  Online participants o Full support for attending the meeting remotely will be available as usual.
