Dear Sir or Madam,
because my current research is focused on PSO mechanism in the EU Single Market, I am contacting you
regarding the national PSO schema imposed on the regular air routes under the corresponding public
stewardship of your country. For this purpose, I would like to get further information about tender
process related to these routes in your country (see attached document) on the following concerns:
i) Could you please review the information from the attached summary list, and then, if
necessary, make all of the corrections you think are worth mentioning?
ii) In terms of the right to access to documents under freedom of information act, including the
identification as to which documents are to be disclosed, I just wondered how concerned
documents can be consulted for research purposes only.
iii) I would like to ask you to provide me with brief information about tender processes related
to PSO (type 3) air services, and whether procurement procedures have been conducted
under a unique public platform on this matter, or even through national e-procurement
platform.
