because my current research is focused on PSO mechanism in the EU Single Market, I am contacting you regarding the national PSO schema imposed on the regular air routes under the corresponding public stewardship of your country. For this purpose, I would like to get further information about tender process related to these routes in your country (see attached document) on the following concerns:

All the tender documents are public and also the tender price and contract. All the documents are however in Estonian.
iii) I would like to ask you to provide me with brief information about tender processes related to PSO (type 3) air services, and whether procurement procedures have been conducted under a unique public platform on this matter, or even through national e-procurement platform.
