I am so sorry for not replying earlier i didn't check my email box for
over some months.
I travel to Estonia on the 12th August 2014 and returning back to
Russia 17th August 2014 with a car volkswagen passat,
Registration No 533 AUJ which i bought in Estonia.
I had an issues with the custom police in Koidula border of Estonia
over my International Driving Permit, which they said isn't allowed
and the driving permit is not original.
This International Driving Permit was issued in Lagos - Nigeria. They
issued this International Driving Permit to citizens of Nigerian
to permit them to drive in another countries, but it was a greater
surprise that the investigator said that the driving permit is not
original and is not permitted me to drive in Estonia.
I have never in my life committed any crime or having any criminal
record. I was born into a Royal family, and i am a Royal prince.
I went to Nigeria recently over this same issue and i complain to them,
they said, that is the International Driving Permit they issued
to all Nigerian. And they issue another one for me, it was the same.
I wrote an appeal letter twice to MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR ESTONIA.
Your Excellency, I hereby appeal and to be considered because i believe
that you are the only person that can help me out of this for
me to be able to travel to your great and beautiful country Estonia and
other European countries.
