The present Regulation is an official document approved by the Organizing Committee of the VI World Nomad Games and shall be binding upon all representatives of the participating countries, sports, cultural and scientific delegations, accredited persons, partners, sponsors and other participants of events held within the framework of the VI World Nomad Games. All issues related to the interpretation of the paragraphs of the present Regulation are resolved by the Organizing Committee of the VI World Nomad Games in cooperation with the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games (hereinafter referred to as Secretariat of WNG). Decisions of the Organizing Committee on interpretation are final and mandatory. 2. The present Regulation regulates the activities and expenses of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the VI World Nomad Games (hereinafter referred to as Organizing Committee of WNG) in the framework of the preparation and holding of the VI World Nomad Games (hereinafter referred to as WNG) in the Kyrgyz Republic. 3. Organizing Committee of WNG was established in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 31 December 2024 No. 872-r, which provides general guidance for the preparation and holding of the WNG. 4. WNG are organized under the authority the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. 5. Co-organizer of WNG is Secretariat of WNG, as well as international confederations, associations and federations developing national, ethnic and traditional sports may serve as co-organizers. II. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF WNG 6. The program of WNG traditionally includes events in three areas: sports, culture and science. 7. WNG, basing on the ethnocultural heritage of the peoples of the world, have the following goals and objectives: − development of the global ethnosport movement; − popularization, development and promotion of ethnosports, traditional games and competitions of the peoples of the world in the international arena; − preservation of the historical and cultural heritage and diversity of the peoples of the world in the era of globalization; − assistance to scientific, organizational and methodological substantiation of ethnosport movement, types of ethnosports, traditional games and competitions of the peoples of the world; − strengthening and further developing interreligious and intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, friendship, harmony and cooperation among the peoples of the world, demonstrating their cultural diversity. 2  III. DATES AND LOCATION OF WNG 8. Dates and location of WNG will be carried out in accordance with the following schedule: 8.1. Dates of WNG: 31 August – 6 September 2026. 8.2. Location of WNG: Kyrgyz Republic, Issyk-Kul Region. 8.3. Day of arrival of the delegations: 30 August 2026. 8.4. Day of departure of the delegations: 7 September 2026. 8.5. Opening ceremony: Bishkek, 31 August 2026. 8.6. Closing ceremony: Cholpon-Ata, 6 September 2026. IV. SPORTS PROGRAM OF WNG 9. Sports program of WNG is aimed at popularization, development and promotion of ethnosports, traditional games, competitions of the peoples of the world in the international arena and consists of the following categories: − National games; − Horse racing; − Horse competitions; − National types of wrestling; − Traditional strength sports; − Traditional intellectual games; − Traditional archery; − National hunting competitions with hunting birds and dogs. 10. Sports program is given in Attachment No. 1 to the Regulation, which is an integral part of it. 11. Quantitative composition of sports delegations allowed from each participating country, is given in Attachment No. 2 to the Regulation. 12. Recruitment of national sports teams is carried out by representative offices of WNG in the participating countries or by authorized state bodies, sports federations and associations of the participating countries. 13. For each sport included in the WNG program, the participating countries may enter only one team, unless otherwise specified in the rules. If there are two or more associations and federations in a participating country for the same sport included in the WNG program, the participating country independently determines the team representing the country. In case of absence of a single authorized body or an agreed mechanism in a participating country to determine the composition of a single national team, the final decision on the accreditation (admission) of a team from that country is made by Secretariat of WNG based on established criteria and procedures. 14. Sports delegations of the participating countries arrive at the WNG and depart in accordance with Chapter III of the present Regulation. 3 NOTE: Organizing Committee of WNG does not pay the costs of accommodation and meals for participants arriving before the date of arrival and departing after the date of departure established by Chapter III of these Regulations. 15. If the participant decides to continue staying at the hotel on days outside the time limits specified in paragraph 16 of the present Regulation, payment for accommodation and meals is made by the participant at his own expense. 16. The Organizing Committee of WNG pays for the participants' accommodation and meals starting from 12 PM Bishkek time on 30 August 2026 to 12 PM Bishkek time on 7 September 2026. 17. Participants must be at least 18 years old with the exception of intellectual sports (from the age of 14) and equestrian sports (from the age of 10). 18. Members of sports delegations must be provided with a unified national uniform for participation in the parade of participating countries at the opening ceremony of WNG and a unified sports uniform for participation in competitions. 19. The Organizing Committee of WNG will take all necessary measures to ensure general safety at the venues of the competition, training sessions and participants' places of residence. However, the Organizing Committee of WNG is not responsible for possible injuries and their consequences during training and competition (death of horses, accidents, injuries to athletes). 20. The teams of the participating countries are obliged to independently take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of participants during sporting events. 21. Veterinary and customs procedures related to the transportation and import of animals are carried out in accordance with the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union (EAEU) dated 18 June 2010 No. 317. The relevant regulatory legal documents are posted on the WNG website. 22. Sports competitions are conducted according to the rules approved by Organizing Committee of WNG and Secretariat of WNG, as well as international and national sports associations and federations, which are posted on the official website of WNG. 23. Mandate Commission is formed from among the members of the Organizing Committee of WNG and/or members of the judging panel and makes decisions on the admission of athletes to the competition. 24. The head (coach) of the team must submit the following documents to the Mandate Commission (in the original): − passport; − medical certificates from a medical institution with the appropriate stamps and signatures certifying admission to the competition; − insurance policies (members of sports delegations are allowed to participate in the WNG only if they have an original contract (insurance policy) for the insurance of life and health of participants against accidents). − when participating in horse racing and hunting competitions involving birds of prey and dogs, participants are strictly required to additionally submit the following original documents: medical certificates and animal passports (for horses, birds of prey, and dogs), indicating the animal’s name, age, color, owner, and all veterinary vaccinations; identification numbers (microchip or 4  rings) for birds of prey (falcons, hawks, and golden eagles). 25. After reviewing all of the above-mentioned documents, the Mandate Commission shall decide whether to admit or deny admission of teams or individual participants to the competitions. 26. Athletes under the age of 18 participating in intellectual sports and equestrian racing events must obtain all necessary permits for participation in the competitions in accordance with the legislation of the sending country. 27. Following the completion of the Mandate Commission’s procedures, the relevant protocols (lists of team members by sport, passport details), signed by the chairperson and secretary of the commission, shall be submitted to the respective judging panels. Upon receiving the commission’s protocols, the judging panels shall grant admission to members of the sports delegations (athletes, coaches, and referees) for participation in the competitions. Teams that fail to pass the Mandate Commission shall not be admitted to participate in the competitions. 28. The Chief Referee of the WNG shall be appointed by the Organizing Committee of the WNG. 29. Judging at WNG sports competitions is carried out by Panel of Referees (referees of international and national categories by sports), appointed by international and national associations and federations and approved by the Organizing Committee of WNG. Within the framework of WNG, refereeing sessions and seminars are provided. 30. In case of disputes, a team representative must submit a written protest to the judging panel no later than one (1) hour after the disputed incident occurs. Video and photographic evidence must be attached for a valid decision to be made. V. DEMONSTRATION SPORTS IN THE WNG PROGRAM 31. Each participating country is given the opportunity to present its national sports and traditional games as demonstration performances, which are not part of the main competitive program of the WNG. 32. Applications for participation in demonstration sports must be submitted by the participating countries to the WNG Secretariat no later than 1 March 2026, with mandatory attachments of photo and video materials of the proposed sport. Secretariat of WNG reviews the applications received, conducts a preliminary selection, verifies compliance with the Games’ concept, prepares recommendations, and drafts the demonstration sports program. 33. The final decision on approving the demonstration sports program, determining the number of participants, and allocating venues shall be made by the Organizing Committee of the WNG, based on organizational capabilities, infrastructure conditions, and the concept of developing traditional games within the framework of the Games. 34. The Organizing Committee of the WNG reserves the right to limit the number of registered participants and venues in order to ensure high quality and balance of the program, as well as to uphold the principles of equal representation of the 5 participating countries. 35. Upon a positive decision by the Organizing Committee of the WNG to include a sport in the demonstration program, the Organizing Committee of the WNG shall bear the expenses for receiving delegations at arrival points, escorting them to and from accommodations, transportation during demonstration performances (to and from venues and accommodations), accommodation and meals for demonstration participants, as well as transportation of necessary equipment and inventory. 36. In cases where animals (horses, birds of prey, dogs, camels, yaks, etc.) are involved in demonstration sports, representatives of the participating countries must carry all necessary documents (medical certificates and animal passports specifying required information, including veterinary vaccinations) to ensure the unhindered import and export of animals in accordance with the veterinary and customs procedures of the Kyrgyz Republic. VI. CULTURAL PROGRAM OF THE WNG 37. The cultural program of the WNG is one of the three components of the main WNG program. 38. The cultural program of the WNG consists of the following: 38.1. Organization of the international festival of ethnic culture in accordance with Attachment No. 3 to the Regulation; 38.2. Construction of the Ethno-town, which serves as the main cultural venue of the World Nomad Games, uniting dozens of "Ordo" (yurt settlements) representing all regions of the country, showcasing cultural heritage including theatrical performances, craftsmen's master classes, and tasting of national dishes. The Ethno- town will host republican competitive programs featuring contests in national music and dance, traditional crafts, yurt decoration, theatrical rituals, national cuisine, and other areas; 38.3. The regional cultural project of the Kyrgyz Republic «Birimdik Kerbeni» («Caravan of Unity») aims to present the country's cultural heritage by organizing a cultural caravan involving all regions of the country. The caravan concludes its route with a ceremonial arrival at the opening ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games, after which all regional delegations set up their ethno-nomadic camps and cultural venues in the specially established Ethno-town. The project is conducted in accordance with Attachment No. 4 to the Regulation. VII. SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM OF WNG 39. The scientific program of WNG is one of the three main components of the main WNG program. 40. The scientific program of WNG includes the organization of an International Scientific and Practical Conference, which will take place during the WNG in accordance with Attachment No 5 to the Regulation. 41. The program of the International Scientific and Practical Conference is approved by the Organizing Committee of the WNG. 6 42. Applications for participation in the scientific program of the WNG must be submitted by the participating countries to the Secretariat of WNG no later than the deadlines specified in Section IX. In accordance with the submitted applications, the Organizing Committee of the WNG forms the program of the Scientific and Practical Conference. During the formation of the scientific program, the Organizing Committee of the WNG approves or rejects the countries' applications for participation in the scientific program of the WNG based on the requirements for the preparation of scientific reports. 43. In case of approval of the application, the delegate of the participating country is granted the right to participate, to present a scientific report, to take part in the discussion, and to have the report published in the conference proceedings. VIII. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RIGHTS 44. The Organizing Committee of WNG for the purposes of preparation and holding of the WNG finances the following expenses: 44.1. Preparation and maintenance of WNG venues. 44.2. Provision of specialized uniform for judges, volunteers, support staff, the Organizing Committee, and media representatives. 44.3. Provision of participants with necessary sports inventory and equipment required for competitions and training. 44.4. If the participating country does not have the opportunity to provide its own horses for horse competitions (kok boru, kokpar, er enish, tyiyn enmei) and traditional horseback archery, the Organizing Committee of WNG ensures the provision of horses on the basis of a written request before 1 August 2026. 44.5. Preparation and execution of branding activities for WNG events. 44.6. Information support services for WNG. 44.7. Organization of medical services (duty of specially trained medical personnel, ambulances, and 24-hour medical posts). 44.8. Payment for services of invited sports judges in accordance with relevant regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. 44.9. Provision of transportation for accredited participants and judges of WNG for reception at arrival points of delegations (Manas International Airport, Issyk-Kul- Tamchy International Airport, Bishkek railway station, Bishkek bus stations), escort to WNG venues, accreditation center, mandate commission site, judges’ meetings/seminars venue, athletes’ weigh-in location, accommodation, training and competition sites, cultural and scientific program locations, opening ceremony venues, general rehearsals, evening performances, closing ceremony and return transportation. IMPORTANT: To ensure timely reception and departure of delegations, participating countries must notify the Secretariat of WNG of their arrival and departure dates in the Kyrgyz Republic no later than 1 August 2026. 44.10. Expenses for accommodation and meals of participants of WNG. 7  Note: Delegation members exceeding the established number shall cover accommodation and meal expenses at their own cost. Information regarding hotel rates in the Kyrgyz Republic is available on the official website of WNG. 45. Participating countries bear the following expenses: 45.1. Travel expenses of delegations (participants of sports, cultural and scientific programs): transportation of participants and animals, meals, per diems during travel, animal feed during transportation, etc. to and from the venue of WNG. 45.2. Insurance for delegation members. 45.3. Provision of national team uniforms for the parade of participating countries at the opening ceremony of WNG, sportswear for participation in sports competitions and necessary sports equipment. 46. All rights to the logotype of WNG, slogan, pattern and other approved elements of corporate identity belong to the Secretariat of WNG. The Secretariat has the right to reproduce and distribute any products created within the framework of this corporate identity in unlimited quantities for effective organization and holding of the WNG. 47. The Secretariat of WNG holds all rights to all types of advertising placed on any media and objects related to the WNG, including advertising in any mass media when providing information about the WNG; rights to use branded and advertising products; as well as rights to carry out TV/radio/online broadcasts and all types of advertising during these broadcasts, which may only be transmitted with the consent of the Secretariat of WNG. 48. The Secretariat of WNG holds the rights to organize and manage the ticketing campaign of WNG – sale of tickets to all events included in the program of WNG (sports, cultural), including the opening and closing ceremonies. The Secretariat also holds rights to distribute invitation tickets (certificates) to sports, cultural and scientific events, as well as to the opening and closing ceremonies. IX. APPLICATION DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES 49. Countries wishing to participate in the sports, cultural and scientific programs of the VI World Nomad Games must first send an official letter of intent to participate in the upcoming Games on behalf of the organization responsible for forming and sending the team to the Secretariat of WNG by email [email protected]. 50. Upon receipt and consideration of the letter starting from 1 May 2026 the Secretariat of WNG will grant the accredited organization access to the WNG Accreditation System on the official website www.worldnomadgames.org. Completion and submission of the electronic application via the Accreditation System must be done no later than 1 July 2026. 51. The person submitting the application shall bear responsibility for the accuracy of the data and documents attached to the submitted electronic applications. 52. Organizing Committee of WNG reserves the right to refuse participation in the WNG to any delegation, team, or athlete, even if the application was submitted 8 within the established deadline; the refusal shall be accompanied by a written explanation of the reasons. X. ACCREDITATION OF PARTICIPANTS 53. Following the review of applications, Accreditation Center of WNG sends participants a notification with instructions on how to use the accreditation system. 54. An authorized person is appointed from each organization to register one or a group of participants in the accreditation system. This person submits an application to obtain personal login data for the Accreditation System of WNG. In the absence of an authorized person, a participant has the right to register independently. 55. Upon arrival teams undergo accreditation. Accreditation is conducted at the Accreditation Center of WNG. 56. Members of the delegation must bring the original documents attached to the previously submitted application in the accreditation system when undergoing accreditation. XI. AWARDING 57. Teams and athletes who take place in the prize-winning positions in WNG sports competitions are awarded with medals, diplomas of the corresponding degrees and monetary prizes. 58. Participants of the sports, cultural, and scientific programs of WNG are awarded with certificates of participation. 59. For the purpose of organizing award ceremonies, participating countries must send electronic versions of their national flags and anthems to the Secretariat of WNG email by 1 August 2026. XII. OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES OF WNG 60. Opening ceremony of WNG: 60.1. A bright and meaningful theatrical celebration will be presented to spectators at the stadium and to numerous television viewers. 60.2. Members of the delegations of the participating countries in national clothes will march in separate groups in alphabetical order of the names of the countries in English. 60.3. The opening ceremony will include the procedure of carrying and raising the State Flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Flag of the World Nomad Games, as well as the performance of the State Anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Anthem of the World Nomad Games, as well as the «Caravan of Unity» water ceremony, reflecting the idea of the unity of the peoples of the world. As part of the ceremony, representatives of all regions and cities of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as foreign delegations, carry out vessels with water collected from sacred springs, rivers and lakes of their countries. At the climax, the waters unite into one vessel as a symbol of purity, strength and spiritual unity of the peoples. 9 60.4. The chief judge takes the oath on behalf of all judges to ensure fair and honest competitions. 60.5. In the event that accredited delegation members arriving on the days of the WNG opening ceremony fail to participate in the parade of participating countries, the Organizing Committee has the right to suspend the provision of accommodation, meals, and transportation to the delegation. 61. Closing Ceremony of WNG: 61.1. During the closing ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games representative of the Organizing Committee of WNG transfers the symbolic sacred element – the national vessel "Kookor" filled with water – to the representative of the country hosting the next WNG. Alaman Chabysh – long distance racing (25,000 meters); 4. Kunan Chabysh – two-year-old horse racing (12,000 meters); 5. Zhorgo Salysh – racing on the pacers (11,000 meters); 6. Taigan Zharysh – sighthound dog racing (Kyrgyz Republic). 12  NATIONAL GAMES ORDO (Asyk Atu) – national game (Kyrgyz Republic). Composition of the team – 9 people: 8 players, 1 coach. Only athletes older than 18 are allowed to take part in the competitions. Competitions are held among the men. Each team must be dressed in official sports clothes. On the back of the jersey of each participant must be a number, which shall conform to the numbers indicated in the application. If two teams earn equal points, the winner will be: - The team that wins a personal meeting; - Depending on the number of knocked out chuko (alchiks) in all games; - If the number of knocked out alchiks is equal, the total number of knocked out Khans is considered. Competitions are held under the current rules of the Ordo Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic. BREAKING THE VERTEBRAL BONE – national competition (Russian Federation). Composition of team – 6 people: 5 athletes, 1 coach. Athletes aged 18 and over who have the highest performance rating in 2026 are allowed to participate in the competition. Competitions are held among men without weight categories. The number of teams from each participating country is not limited. Competition is held according to the rules of the Federation of National Game «Seer Khukhalkha». HORSE RACING ALAMAN CHABYSH – long distance racing. Composition of the team – 3 horses, 3 riders, 3 coaches, 3 grooms. Age of the riders is 10 years and older. Horses of all breeds over 3 years old are allowed to race. Racing is held over a distance of 25 km. The national team of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of 18 horses, 18 riders, 18 coaches and 18 grooms. KUNAN CHABYSH – two-year-old horse racing. Composition of the team – 3 horses, 3 riders, 3 coaches, 3 grooms. Age of the riders is 10 years and older. Horses of all breeds born in 2024 are allowed to participate in the race. Racing is held over a distance of 12 km. The national team of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of 18 horses, 18 riders, 18 coaches and 18 grooms. ZHORGO SALYSH – racing on the pacers. Composition of the team – 3 horses, 3 riders, 3 coaches, 3 grooms. 13  Age of the riders is 10 years and older. Horses of all breeds over 3 years old are admitted to the race. The racing is held over a distance of 11 km. The national team of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of 18 pacers, 18 riders, 18 coaches and 18 grooms. BYSHTY ZHORGO – three-year-old pacers racing. Composition of the team – 3 horses, 3 riders, 3 coaches, 3 grooms. Age of the riders is 10 years and older. Horses of all breeds born in 2023 are allowed to participate in the race. Racing is held over a distance of 6 km. The national team of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of 18 horses, 18 riders, 18 coaches, and 18 grooms. FLAT RACING English thoroughbred horses are allowed to participate in flat racing, as long as they have passports and are registered in the international studbook (tribal). The racing is held under the international rules. Jockeys take part in competitions in special uniform. The racing is held by weight in accordance with the age and gender of the horse and the category of the race. Flat racing is held at the following distance: - flat racing at 1,600 m distance. Each team must have additionally 1 veterinarian and 1 representative for each kind of race who is responsible to submit an application and other documents to the panel of judges to register participants. DISTANT HORSE MARATHON Distant horse marathon is held at a distance of 300 km in the team competition. 14  Foreign team consists of 11 people: 5 riders, 5 horses, 3 grooms, 1 coach, 1 veterinarian, 1 representative. Team of Kyrgyz Republic consists of 7 teams from each region with 5 riders, 5 horses, 3 grooms, 1 coach, 1 veterinarian, 1 representative. Distant horse marathon is held over 3 days for 100 km in 2 stages, each stage is 50 km long. After each stage, a mandatory veterinary check is carried out within 1 hour after the team finishes. There is no control at the finish line. If a horse does not pass veterinary control, it is withdrawn from the competition. Veterinarians have the right to remove a horse according to veterinary indicators. To continue the competition, the team must have at least 3 riders. The time to complete the race is determined by the last rider. If a team has less than 3 riders remaining, it is automatically eliminated from the competition. Riders can continue to participate in individual competitions. The 3 riders who finish first receive medals and diplomas for the individual championship, but without a cash prize. The prize pool is distributed only to 5 teams that have reached the finish line with at least 3 riders. The total time to complete the distance and the winner of the marathon is determined by summing up the time spent on each stage. Requirements for participants: - the minimum weight of a rider must be 60 kg, including all equipment; - the rider must have a protective helmet, boots or leggings, a medical certificate and an insurance policy; - horses must have national or international passports and must be chipped and have a veterinary certificate confirming the absence of registered diseases and mandatory vaccinations in accordance with the regulations of the veterinary service of the Kyrgyz Republic.; - the minimum age of the rider is 18 years, the minimum age of the horse is 6 years. HORSE COMPETITIONS KOK BORU – national team horse competition (Kyrgyz Republic). Team composition – 17 people: 12 players, 1 coach, 1 coach of horses, 2 grooms, 1 representative. Competitions are held among men 18 years and older. Teams are allowed to participate in the competition if there are at least 8 players, if the team cannot ensure the participation of 12 players. Competitions are held on a field specially prepared for the game "kok boru" with two tai kazan. The field should be 210 meters long and 80 meters wide. The competition consists of three halves of 15 minutes each. A 10-minute break is provided between the halves. After each break, the teams change tai kazans. The weight of the goat carcass is 30-32 kg, and if the playing field is dirty, then weight is 26-28 kg. If the competition is held using a dummy, the weight will be 30 kg. Competitions are held in the format of a tournament of national teams. Each team must have 2 sets of uniform uniforms in different colors (with protective 15 elements), consisting of a headdress (tebetay), a sweater (T-shirt), boots, a whip with an indication of belonging to a particular country. The uniforms of the national teams in the colors of the national flags are welcome. The players must have a number on their backs, which must match the actual number in the application. The day before the start of the games, the judging panel for the sport, together with representatives of the teams, hold a technical meeting, at which a draw is held and, depending on the number of applications submitted, the competition procedure is determined: the number of groups, playoff games and final games. The two teams that occupy the highest positions in the kok boru world ranking are divided into different groups. Before the start of each game, representatives of the teams may be present during the weighing of the goat carcass. Determining the winners and scoring points: - the team that wins in regular time is awarded 3 points.; - the team that lost in regular time, 0 points; - the teams that came out with a draw in the regular time (group games) spend additional time to identify the winner. The golden carcass rule applies in extra time. In case of a tie in extra time, the teams play a shootout: the winners (in extra time or according to the results of shootouts) are awarded 2 points, the losing team – 1 point. The teams that played in the semifinal and final games with a draw in regular time are also given extra time. The golden carcass rule applies during extra time. If the teams draw in extra time, shootouts are played. Following the results of the kok boru competitions, the titles "Great Kok Boru Player" and "Great Kok Boru Horse" will be awarded. The best player of the entire tournament will be declared the great kok boru player. The best horse of the tournament will be declared the great horse of kok boru. The great kok boru player and the owner of the great horse are awarded with additional monetary and valuable prizes and other ethnic attributes, the name of the great player and the great horse is included in the Book of the Great Winners of the World Nomad Games. Competitions are held according to the rules of the Kok Boru Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic KOKPAR – national team horse competition (Republic of Kazakhstan). The team consists of 18 people: 12 athletes, 1 coach, 1 representative, 3 grooms, 1 veterinarian. Athletes aged 18 and older are eligible to compete. To participate in the game, the team must have at least 8 players and 8 horses. If the number of players or horses is less than 8, the team is suspended from the game. During the game, there must be 4 riders and 4 horses on the field from each team at the same time. Before each match, the team representative must provide the organizers with a list of players and horses participating in the game. The number of players registered for the game is 12 riders and 12 horses. Players and horses included in the 16 list may be replaced during the match, but players and horses not listed in the list are not allowed. The game consists of two halves of 20 minutes each. There is a 10-minute break between the halves. After the break, the teams change their finishing lines (game directions). During the competition, no more than two people should be near the team: 1 coach, 1 representative. The victory goes to the team that was able to throw more serke (dummy) into its circle (finish). The weight of the dummy should not exceed 30-33 kg. If the score remains equal at the end of the regular time of the match, a break of 5 minutes is provided. After that, the teams change finish lines again and an additional time of 10 minutes is assigned. During this time, the team that brought the salym (carcass) into the circle first is declared the winner. If none of the teams succeeds in making a salym during extra time, the winner is determined using the "zhekpe-zhek" method (duels). To do this, one rider from each team enters the central circle. The judge throws the carcass ("serke") between them. The rider who manages to snatch the carcass and bring it into his circle gets one point. Each match takes 3 minutes. If none of the players has scored a point in the allotted time, the referee stops the match and calls the next pair. If during the match the carcass ("serke") goes out of bounds (out), the match is immediately stopped and the next one begins. In this format, three riders from each team participate, and three duels are held. The team with the most points after three matches is declared the winner. The field where the games are held has the shape of a rectangle: The length of the field is 220 meters, the width of the field is 70 meters, the diameter of the "mare" zone (the circle where the carcass is placed) is 3 meters, the diameter of the central and two side circles (in which martial arts take place) is 8 meters, the distance between the two circles "mare" – 180 meters, from the center line to the circle "mare" – 90 meters, from the center point of the circle "mare" to the outer line of the playing field – 20 meters, the penalty area starts from the center of the field at a distance of 35 meters, the "offside" zone line is held at a distance of 7 meters from the edge of the "mare" circle, the small circle (into which the carcass is thrown at the beginning of the game) is located at a distance of 20 meters from the sideline of the field, the area where the reserve players of the teams are located, It is located at a distance of 5 meters from the sideline of the field, there should be at least 10 meters of free space on the long sides of the field, and at least 30 meters on the short sides. Weight categories: under 60 kg, under 70 kg, under 80 kg; under 90 kg, under 100 kg and over 100 kg. 17  Each participant must have two belts of different colors. The competition is held on a one-to-one basis. If the point differential between the participants reaches 6 points, then the leading athlete will be declared the winner ahead-of-time. The participant who wins a clear victory earns 4 points, the winning participant earns 3 points. The losing participant earns 0 points. The losing participant is removed from the game. Competitions are held under the rules of the International Federation of the Horseback Wrestling. TYIYN ENMEI (Tenge Ilu) – individual horse competition. The team consists of 5 people: – 1 athlete, 1 coach, 1 veterinarian, 1 groom, 1 representative. Athletes aged 18 years and older are allowed to compete. Tyiyn enmei is held on a specially equipped site with a length of 150 m and a width of 20 m. Competitions are held according to the rules of the Horse Games Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic. COMPETITIONS ON NATIONAL WRESTLING STYLES ALYSH – national belt wrestling (Kyrgyz Republic) Composition of the team –8 people: 6 athletes, 2 coaches. Only athletes aged 18 years and older are allowed to take part in the competitions. The competitions are held among men in classic style and freestyle. In all weight categories a maximum of 1 athlete is allowed from each participating country. Weight categories: - classic style: up to 60 kg, up to 80 kg, absolute weight category; - freestyle: up to 60 kg, up to 80 kg, absolute weight category. Competitions are held under the rules of the World Alysh Federation. The winners in classic style and freestyle in absolute weight category get the right to take part in the Great Nomad Wrestling. The winner in the absolute weight category has the right to take part in the Great Nomad Wrestling. GREAT NOMAD WRESTLING – unified belt wrestling of the nomads. The winners of the competitions in the national wrestling styles in the absolute weight category take part in the Great Nomad Wrestling. 21  The Great Nomad Wrestling tournament is held under the rules of unified belt wrestling of nomads. The winner of the Great Nomad Wrestling competitions is awarded the title of the Great Wrestler. All the procedures of the Great Nomad Wrestling, including the sportsmen’s parade, entering of wrestlers to the mat, competitions, and the determination of the winners will be held as theatrical performances with the musical and creative accompaniment of the ethnographic groups of the participating countries and organizing country. The competitions will be held on special mat, made in traditional nomadic style. The Great Wrestler is awarded with monetary and valuable prizes and other ethnic attributes and his name will be added to the Book of Great Winners of the World Nomad Games. The Great wrestler will be honored guest at the next Games, where he defends his title from contenders. If he loses or does not take part in the competition at all, the name of a new Great wrestler will be written in the Book of Great Winners of the World Nomad Games. TRADITIONAL STRENGTH SPORTS TAYAK TARTYSH (Mas-Wrestling) – national competition (Kyrgyz Republic). Team composition – 8 people: 6 athletes, 2 coaches. Athletes aged 18 and older are admitted. The competition is held for both men and women. Each participating country may enter 1 athlete per weight category. Weight categories: - among men: up to 70 kg, up to 90 kg, absolute weight category - among women: up to 55 kg, up to 75 kg, absolute weight category The competition is held under the rules of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation. ARMWRESTLING – competition of the peoples of the world. Team composition – 8 people: 6 athletes, 2 coaches. Athletes aged 18 and older are admitted. The competition is held on both right and left arms among men and women. Each participating country may enter 1 athlete per weight category. Weight categories: - among men: up to 70 kg, up to 80 kg, up to 90 kg, absolute weight category; - among women: up to 65 kg, absolute weight category. The competition follows double-elimination system. It is held under the rules of World Armwrestling Federation. TUG OF WAR – a competition of the peoples of the world. Team composition – 14 people: 13 athletes, 1 coach. Athletes aged 18 and older are admitted. The competition is held among men without weight categories. Athletes from other sports are allowed to participate. The competition includes 3 disciplines: 22  – individual matches 1x1; – team matches 4x4; – team matches 8x8. The rope is 33.5 m long and from 10 to 12.5 cm in diameter, with a red ribbon tied at the center. White and blue ribbons are tied at 4 and 5 meters respectively to the right and left of the red ribbon. At the competition venue, a control line is marked to determine the winner. At the referee’s signal, both teams begin pulling the rope simultaneously until a winner is determined. A team match consists of a maximum of three rounds. If one team wins two rounds, the third is not held. After each round, teams rest for no more than 2 minutes. STRONGMAN – competition of strong athletes from around the world Team composition – 3 people: 2 athletes, 1 coach. Athletes aged 18 and older are eligible to participate. The competition is held among men regardless of weight categories. The competition includes 6 disciplines: – Farmer's walk; – Weight toss; – Cart lift; – Heavy lifting; – Holding of weapons; –Lifting of animals and carrying. TRADITIONAL INTELLECTUAL GAMES Team composition – 15 people: 6 men, 6 women, 3 coaches. Women may participate instead of men. Teams are allowed to compete in Oware and Mangala only if they also take part in Toguz Korgool (Toguz At, Toguz Kumalak) competitions. Competitions in Toguz Korgool (Toguz At, Toguz Kumalak), Mangala, and Oware are held according to the rules of the International Federation of Mancala Games. The winning player is awarded 1 point, a draw – 0.5 points, and the losing player receives no points. Winners and prize-winners are determined by the total number of points. If points are equal, the "progress" coefficient is considered. If the "progress" coefficients are also equal, the "Buchholz" coefficient is considered. If the "Buchholz" coefficients are equal as well, the results of head-to-head matches are reviewed. In case of a tie, the number of korgools scored in lost games is considered: the player with more korgools will have the advantage. All athletes must wear the national costumes of their countries. MANGALA – intellectual game (Republic of Turkiye). Team composition – 5 people: 2 men, 2 women, 1 coach. The competition is held in individual and team ranking using the Swiss system. Results are determined separately for men and women. Each player is given 20 minutes per game. OWARE – intellectual game (African countries). Team composition – 5 people: 2 men, 2 women, 1 coach. The competition is held in individual and team ranking using the Swiss system. Results are determined separately for men and women. Each player is given 20 minutes per game. TRADITIONAL ARCHERY Traditional archery is conducted in the following disciplines: – Kyrgyz rule: target “Teke Buta” – Turkish rule: target “Turkish Puta” Team composition – 7 people: 6 athletes (3 men and 3 women), 1 coach. Athletes aged 18 years and older are eligible to participate. The competition is held among men and women in individual ranking. Olympic bows, sighted bows, and crossbows are not allowed in traditional archery competitions, nor is the use of arrows made of carbon or synthetic materials. Bows and arrows must be made exclusively from natural materials. Athletes aged 18 years and over are eligible to compete. The competition is held in individual ranking for both men and women. KYRGYZ STYLE The horseback track is 100 meters long and 3 meters wide. The target diameter is 50 cm. Archers shoot at 3 side-mounted targets placed in a row, with 25 meters between each target. Each participant is allowed 1 practice run and 3 competition runs. Archers must change horses for each run. The archer must take each arrow from the quiver during the run. Holding arrows in hand in advance is prohibited. Horseback archers are allowed to use carbon, aluminum, or synthetic arrows, as well as wooden, bamboo arrows and plastic nocks. Winners will be determined based on the total score and the time taken across the three runs. HUNGARIAN/MAGYAR STYLE The horseback track is 99 meters long. Time limit – 20 seconds. Three round targets (90 cm in diameter) are placed in a tower at the center of the track, 2 meters high and 9 meters from the edge of the track. Archers are allowed to shoot from the hand or from the quiver. Any number of arrows may be shot at any of the three targets (no limit). Shooting is permitted only after the start line and before the finish line. COMPETITIONS IN TRADITIONAL HUNTING WITH BIRDS OF PREY AND DOGS Requirements for participants in traditional hunting competitions: – Participants must compete in national dress; – Participants must have passports for their birds of prey and dogs, international veterinary vaccination certificate for the birds of prey and dogs, as well as a CITES certificate (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). BURKUT SALUU – hunting with a golden eagle (Kyrgyz Republic) Each team consists of 4 people: 3 berkutchi (golden eagle hunter) and 1 coach. In this competition participants run their golden eagles in two exercises: Undok and Chyrga. The winner in Burkut Saluu is determined by the total number of points earned in both exercises: Undok and Chyrga. Undok. In this exercise golden eagle is placed 200 meters away from the berkutchi. At the judge’s signal, the berkutchi begins calling the eagle while holding a lure. The time it takes for the eagle to fly to the berkutchi’s arm is evaluated. 25 Timing begins at the judge’s whistle. If the eagle does not respond to the owner’s call within two minutes, the attempt is not counted. Each participant is allowed to call their eagle once, either standing on the ground or mounted on a horse. Chyrga. In this exercise, each berkutchi releases their eagle toward a fox-skin lure that is dragged at a trot by a rider. The eagle must reach the moving lure and grab it. Two flags are placed along the eagle’s flight path, with a distance of 150 meters between them. The eagle’s time and flight speed between the flags are evaluated. The exercise determines the bird’s level of training. Points are awarded to the berkutchi for successful completion. According to the rules, the hunter may release their eagle only once. DALBA – hunting with a falcon (Kyrgyz Republic) Each team consists of 4 members: 3 kushchu (falconers) and 1 coach. In this competition, the falcon’s flight speed is evaluated by launching it at a lure. Each kushchu is given 3 minutes to test their falcon. During this time, the bird must take off and simulate an attack from the air on the lure, which the kushchu swings on a rope. The lure is made from the tail and wing feathers of partridge, pheasant, and pigeon. According to the rules, judges record how many times the falcon flew and simulated an attack on the lure. The winner is determined by the highest number of points. KUSH SALUU – hunting with a goshawk (Kyrgyz Republic) Each team consists of 4 members: 3 athletes (hawk hunters) and 1 coach. The competition consists of calling the goshawk from a distance of 400 meters. TAIGAN ZHARYSH – sighthound dog races (Kyrgyz Republic) Each team consists of 4 members: 3 dog owners and 1 coach. The dog’s speed is measured by its running time over a distance of 350 meters. The dogs chase a lure made from fox or hare skin, which is either pulled by a rider galloping at 60-65 km/h or by a special mechanical device. Judges evaluate the time it takes for the dogs to reach the finish line. Three dogs run simultaneously in each race. Separate races are held for each sighthound breed. The competition consists of preliminary, semifinal, and final races to determine the dog’s speed. The cultural program of the VI World Nomad Games includes the organization of the International Festival of Ethnic Culture (hereinafter referred to as the Ethnofestival). II. Objectives of the Ethnofestival 2. Preservation of the ethnocultural heritage of nomadic peoples as an integral part of global civilization. 3. Development, popularization, and promotion of the ethnocultural traditions of nomadic peoples and ethnic groups worldwide within the framework of the global ethnocultural movement in the era of globalization. III. Events and dates of the Ethnofestival 4. Foreign creative ensembles, individual performers, and cultural figures may participate in the following Ethnofestival events: 1) Ethnohit (folk and pop music); 2) Ethnodance; 3) Ethnofashion; 4) Storytelling art (epics, legends). 5. The Ethnofestival program also includes presentation by each participating country of a comprehensive national cultural program reflecting the history, culture, and daily life of its people. IV. Participation Conditions 6. Applications for participation in the Ethnofestival shall be submitted by the participating countries to the Secretariat of WNG no later than 1 July 2026, as follows: - no later than 1 May 2026 send a letter on the official letterhead of the organization to the Secretariat of WNG expressing the intention to participate in the Ethnofestival, indicating the events in which they wish to participate, information about the participants, and attaching photo and video materials of the proposed participants to the email address: [email protected]. After receiving a confirmation letter from the Secretariat of WNG, accreditation on the official WNG website must be completed. 7. The formation of the creative delegation is carried out by cultural organizations (groups, ensembles, performers) and must be approved by the authorized cultural body of the participating country. 29 8. The host country covers the expenses of up to 10 members of the creative delegation from each participating country for accommodation, meals, and transportation within the Kyrgyz Republic. 9. At the discretion of the sending party, the number of members of the creative delegation may be increased. However, expenses for meals, accommodation and transportation of delegation members exceeding the established quota (10 persons) are to be covered at their own expense. 10. The host country is ready to book hotels, organize meals, and transportation within the country for such additional members at their own expense. 11. The sending country covers the expenses of international transfers (air travel) for the creative delegation members to and from the Kyrgyz Republic. V. Overview of the Ethnofestival Events 12. The Ethnofestival will include the following events: 12.1. «Ethnohit» The music of the peoples of the world is a great legacy passed down orally, reflecting a people’s culture, worldview, history, daily life, and aesthetic values. Every nation has its own characteristic songs, improvisations, teachings, and guidance. This event aims to widely promote the diverse musical cultures and folk songs of the peoples of the world. Participants of "Ethnohit" may include folklore and ethnographic ensembles, individual performers of folk songs and instrumental music, as well as pop performers (as the part of creative delegation). The program involves performances of folk instrumental music, traditional and pop songs that reflect the history, culture, and everyday life of the participating country’s people. 12.2. «Ethnodance» Traditional national dance is an integral part of every nation's ethnic culture. This segment of the program will showcase the authentic ethnic dances of various peoples of the world. Participants in "Ethnodance" may include solo dancers or dance ensembles (as the part of the creative delegation). The performance program should include ritual dances, folk dances, and dances that reflect the history, culture, and daily life of the people. 12.3. «Ethnofashion» The traditional costume of nomadic peoples is part of their material culture. Contemporary ethnofashion represents a dialogue between generations and among representatives of diverse national and cultural communities. 30  Participants in "Ethnofashion" may include fashion designers from the countries participating in the VI World Nomad Games, presenting collections of traditional national costumes or modern clothing incorporating ethnic motifs. The minimum collection size is 10 pieces. An exhibition-fair of traditional costumes will also be held as part of the "Ethnofashion" event. 12.4. Storytelling Art (Epics and Legends) The epics and legends of the peoples of the world are passed down from generation to generation. This event aims to develop and promote the oral storytelling traditions of global epic literature. Participants, dressed in national costumes, will demonstrate their performance skills, improvisation abilities, and eloquence (as the part of the creative delegation). 31  Attachment No. 4 CULTURAL PROGRAM OF THE VI WORLD NOMAD GAMES Regional cultural project of the Kyrgyz Republic “Birimdik Kerbeni” (“Caravan of Unity”) 1. General Provisions 1.1. The regional cultural project “Birimdik Kerbeni” (hereinafter – the Project) is organized with the purpose of presenting the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic, strengthening national unity, and showcasing the rich culture of all regions of the country. 1.2. The Project is an integral part of the cultural program of the VI World Nomad Games. 1.3. The Project is organized and coordinated by the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games (hereinafter – Secretariat) in cooperation with the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions and local self-government bodies. 2. Project Participants 2.1. The Project will include delegations from: − Batken Region; − Zhalal-Abad Region; − Issyk-Kul Region; − Naryn Region; − Osh Region; − Talas Region; − Chui Region; − Bishkek city; − Osh city. 2.2. Each delegation is formed under the coordination of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the respective region or the Mayor’s Office of Bishkek/Osh, and must include: − Creative ensembles; − Masters of traditional crafts; − Representatives of ethnic cultural communities; − Technical and organizational staff; − Official representatives of the region (Games Envoys). 3. Organization of the Cultural Caravan 3.1. Each regional delegation prepares a cultural program that includes: − Demonstrations of traditional arts, crafts and rituals; − Musical and dance performances; − National cuisine exhibitions; 32  − Elements of traditional nomadic life (yurts, nomadic equipment, etc.). 3.2. A key component of the Caravan is the ceremonial delivery by the regional representative of sacred water – collected from a holy source in the region, which symbolizes purity, continuity, and spiritual unity, serving as an inseparable part of the World Nomad Games' heritage. 3.3. In each regional capital and in the cities of Bishkek and Osh, a theatrical ceremony is held to collect the sacred water. After a celebration on the central square of the region, the Caravan departs for the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. 4. Arrival and participation in the Ethnic Village 4.1. Upon arrival at the opening ceremony site, the Caravan will proceed in a ceremonial procession of envoys carrying vessels with sacred water. 4.2. The sacred water from the regions will be a part of the culminating moment of the Games’ opening ceremony. 4.3. Each delegation will establish its ethnocamp and cultural areas in a designated zone of the Ethnic Village, according to the approved site plan. 4.4. The setup and decoration of the ethnic camps is supervised by the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Secretariat of WNG in accordance with the technical layout and concept of the Ethnic Village. 5. Responsibilities of the Parties 5.1. The Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions and local self-government bodies shall ensure the preparation of the delegations, collection of sacred water, timely assembly of participants, as well as the transportation and preservation of all cultural presentation elements (including water vessels, props, yurts, and utensils). 5.2. Official regional representatives are responsible for safeguarding the sacred water during transportation and handover. 6. Final Provisions 6.1. All issues not regulated by this document shall be resolved by the Secretariat of WNG in coordination with the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the regions and the Mayor’s Offices of Bishkek and Osh. 6.2. Changes and additions to this regulation may be made based on regional proposals and are subject to approval by the Organizing Committee of WNG. 33  Attachment No. 5 SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM OF THE VI WORLD NOMAD GAMES The scientific program of the VI World Nomad Games is aimed at fostering a global dialogue on the future of cultural diversity through the study and promotion of the heritage of nomadic peoples as a model of sustainable, environmentally friendly, and intercultural existence. It encompasses a series of academic events designed to foster a deeper understanding of the traditions, customs, crafts, sports, and nomadic lifestyle. I. Goals and objectives of the scientific program 1. The primary goal of the scientific program of the VI WNG is to preserve and promote the cultural, historical, and ethnographic heritage of nomadic peoples and to create a sustainable interdisciplinary platform for analyzing and promoting the contemporary significance of nomadic heritage, as well as fostering international scientific cooperation based on the WNG as a global cultural phenomenon. 2. Key objectives include: - Determining the role and place of nomadic cultures in the development of human civilization; - Identifying theories of human civilization and developing a theory of nomadic civilization; - Studying the history and culture of nomadic peoples; - Exploring the connection between folk games and the customs and traditions of various peoples; - Defining the phenomenon of the World Nomad Games as a historical legacy, its current state and future; - Reframing nomadism as a living form of social and cultural existence; - Investigating contemporary forms of mobility, from seasonal to digital; - Analyzing nomadic worldviews as strategies for adaptation and resilience; - Supporting youth and establishing academic schools focused on nomadic studies; - Strengthening cultural diplomacy through science and international partnerships; - Creating a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue among scholars, ethnographers, historians, and representatives of indigenous peoples to safeguard unique cultural heritage and integrate it into modern society. II. Activities of the scientific program, venue and dates 3. The scientific program of the VI WNG will include an international scientific-practical conference, round table discussions, master classes, exhibitions, and guided excursions for conference participants to historical sites in Kyrgyzstan 34 related to nomadic culture (e.g., Tash Rabat, Sulayman-Too, Saimaluu Tash, Burana, etc.). A collection of conference papers will be published following the event. 4. Potential formats of scientific program: - International academic conference (3 days, 100–120 participants); - Plenary sessions with leading scholars; - Thematic sections and round tables; - Youth academic forum (students, MA, and PhD candidates); - Photo exhibition “Nomads of the 21st Century” (jointly with the cultural program); - Field ethnographic sessions (for scholars and practitioners); - Master classes on digital and archival methods of intangible cultural heritage preservation; - Presentations of academic expeditions, publications, VR and multimedia projects. 5. The scientific program may include the following thematic areas: 1) Ethnographic Aspects Study of traditional cultural practices, rituals, folklore, and crafts of nomadic peoples. Documentation of the unique aspects of their daily life and worldview. 2) Historical Analysis Study of the historical path of nomadic peoples, their migrations, interactions with other cultures, and influence on the development of the Eurasian regions. 3) Sports Anthropology Analysis of traditional sports and games of nomads, their role in society, and their importance for maintaining physical fitness and health. 4) Environmental aspect Study of the interaction between nomadic peoples and the natural environment, sustainable methods of land use, and environmental protection. 5) Current challenges and prospects Study of the impact of globalization on the nomadic way of life, challenges of preserving cultural heritage, and ways of its adaptation in the modern world. 6) Religious aspect Issues of religion among nomadic peoples and the current state of religion. 7) Women in nomadic culture The role of women in transmitting traditions, upbringing, crafts, and the social structure. Gender roles of women in traditional nomadic culture. 8) Educational programs, publications International scientific and practical school for young researchers (3–5 days) with participation of students, undergraduates and graduate students, including field trips, master classes on ethnographic data collection, folklore decoding, archival work, and ancient ornamental symbolism. Development of educational materials, organization of conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and excursions to disseminate knowledge about nomadic culture. 35  6. All countries meeting the requirements established by the Regulations of the VI World Nomad Games may participate in the scientific program. 7. The implementation of the scientific program of the VI WNG is planned during the VI WNG in September 2026. 8. Location of the scientific program of the VI WNG: Kyrgyz Republic, Issyk- Kul region. III. Conditions for participation in the scientific program 9. Applications for participation from the participating country must be submitted to the Secretariat of WNG by 1 July 2026, with a mandatory preliminary official letter of intent to participate in the scientific program of the VI WNG sent to the Secretariat of WNG by 1 May 2026, via email: [email protected]. 10. From 1 May to 1 July 2026, after receiving a confirmation letter from the Secretariat of WNG, accreditation must be completed on the official WNG website – www.worldnomadgames.org. 11. The list of participants in the scientific program of the VI WNG is formed by the authorized state scientific body. 12. The application for participation in the scientific program of the VI WNG must include the following information: - Full names of participants, positions, titles; - The possibility of participation in specific parts of the scientific program of the VI WNG (scientific-practical conference with or without presentation, master classes, exhibitions, excursions, etc.); - Contact details of the participants. 13. In case of participation in the scientific-practical conference with a presentation, the application must specify participation with the topic of the presentation and the assigned section, as well as attach the text of the report 14. Reports submitted to the scientific-practical conference for further publication must be formatted as follows: - For preparing the article, Microsoft Word editor is used with the following settings: page size: A4, portrait orientation, margins – 2 cm, font Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, line spacing – 1.5, justified alignment, paragraph indent – 1 cm.; - Images must be in jpg, gif, or bmp format. Each image and table must be numbered and captioned. Captions should not be part of the images or tables. Tables and images must have sequential numbering. Numbering of images and tables is separate. If there is only one image or one table in the article, numbers are not assigned. Graphs and charts must be equally informative in both color and black- and-white versions.; - References in the text to the corresponding source from the bibliography are formatted in square brackets, [1, p. 57]; The article must contain the following elements in the given order: 1) Title of the article must accurately and unambiguously characterize the content of the article. 36  The title should be typed in bold font and centered. Note that no period is placed at the end of the title. 2) Information about the author(s) including full surname, first name, and patronymic, academic title, academic degree, full name of the educational or scientific institution, or position and place of work, country, and city. Information must be provided separately for each author. Author names must be typed in lowercase letters, bold and italicized. The rest of the information should be typed on a new line, in lowercase, italicized, and aligned to the left. 3) Abstract. The abstract should briefly present the content of the article, describing the goals and objectives of the research, helping to quickly grasp the essence of the problem (2-3 sentences). The abstract should be no more than 600 characters in length, typed in lowercase, regular font, justified alignment, without indentation. 4) Keywords and key phrases. These are words or phrases from the scientific text used for evaluation and search of the article. They allow quick understanding of how one article differs from another and its field. The person submitting the application bears responsibility for the accuracy of the data and documents attached to the electronic application. 16. Upon arrival, participants of the VI WNG scientific program undergo accreditation. Accreditation is conducted at the WNG Accreditation Center organized by the host. 17. Participants of the VI WNG scientific program must have a passport and insurance policy with them when undergoing accreditation. 4. Responsibilities of the parties 18. The host party covers the expenses of participants from the countries participating in the VI WNG scientific program for accommodation, meals, and transportation within the Kyrgyz Republic (3 days and 2 nights). Accommodation, meals, and transfers beyond the established period are covered at the participants’ own expense. 19. Expenses for international transfer (airfare) of participants of the scientific program to and from the Kyrgyz Republic are covered by the sending country. 20. The host party provides: - preparation and conduct of events according to the VI WNG scientific program; - necessary materials in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English; 37  - simultaneous translation into English and Russian; - safety of the participants of the VI WNG scientific program; - accompaniment within the Kyrgyz Republic. 21. The sending party provides: - insurance for the participants of the VI WNG scientific program; - national clothes for participation in the parade of participating countries during the opening/closing of the VI WNG; - timely (by 1 August 2026) provision of information on arrival and departure times to/from the Kyrgyz Republic. 5. Content of the scientific program of VI WNG 22. The scientific program of the VI WNG in Kyrgyzstan involves conducting comprehensive activities aimed at studying, preserving, and promoting the cultural heritage of nomadic peoples. 23. The scientific program of the VI World Nomad Games is scheduled for several days and includes an international scientific-practical conference, master classes, exhibitions, excursions, and more. 24. The scientific program should not be detached from the cultural and sports programs but should serve as the intellectual framework of the WNG, interpreting them as a phenomenon, not merely as a celebration. 25.
