Implementation of the Video Games pilot project
Formal engagement form to pay a Video Games contribution
The document OBS 2025.14 EN Action Plan, governance and budget 2026 for VG project describes the
implementation modalities of the video games project and future perspectives.
The present form serves the purpose of securing the Video Games contributions for 2026 and (in option)
collect pledges in anticipation for the other years of the pilot project.

governance and budget 2026 for VG project”
☒ I took note of the document OBS 2025.14.
Please confirm your financial contribution to the 3-year pilot project
Estonia will participate in the funding of the first year of the pilot project in the form of a Video
Games contribution up to the amount listed in the annex of the attached document OBS2025.15
“2026 Budget for the VG project”, i.e. EUR 368,75.
☐ Estonia is also committing to fund the project in 2027.
☒ Estonia is committing to fund the project throughout the pilot phase (2026-2028).
☒ The Video Games contribution should the called separately from Estonia’s compulsory
contribution. I will communicate the details to the Observatory Secretariat.
Please indicate whom you wish to appoint as the representative of your delegation in the
Steering Committee which will oversee the Video Games Project and be responsible for
making decisions regarding its activities

☒ I will communicate the name of the representative to the Observatory Secretariat at a later
stage, but no later than 15 December 2025.
