international conference "Right to a fair trial: European Convention on Human Rights in
dialogue of national courts and the ECtHR", which is dedicated to the occasions of the 30th
anniversary of the restored cassation court in Latviaand the 75th anniversary of the European
Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. It is with great
