To: Estonian Centre for Defence Investments Procurement Department FN HERSTAL S.A. and Baltic Fox OÜ have submitted a proposal as joint tenderers in procurement, reference number 174842, for 12,7mm heavy machine gun Browning M2 spare parts. Baltic Fox OÜ was authorized, as FN HERSTAL S.A. representative, to take steps relating to the procurement documentation. Baltic Fox OÜ confirms that according to an agreement with FN HERSTAL S.A. the joint tenderer responsible for implementation of the public contract (delivery of goods, quality assurance etc.) is FN HERSTAL S.A. Baltic Fox OÜ confirms and fully agrees to transfer all and any rights and obligations under the public contract to FN HERSTAL S.A.; and, therefore, Baltic Fox OÜ agrees that all and any payments in (connection with the tender and contract mentioned) from the Contracting Authority will be done to FN HERSTAL S.A., and according to the invoice issued by FN HERSTAL S.A.
