We are reaching out to inquire about the implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/2413 on the promotion of energy from renewable sources and its application in your country.
Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2023/2413 states that Member States must bring into force the necessary legal, regulatory, and administrative provisions to comply with the Directive no later than May 21, 2025. In this regard, we would appreciate your input on the following questions:
1. Has Directive (EU) 2023/2413 been transposed into national legislation in your country? If so:
* Could you provide details on the national law or regulation published for this purpose?
2. Specifically regarding Article 20a (3), second subparagraph of the Directive, which states that Member States shall adopt measures requiring vehicle manufacturers to provide, in real time, a variety of vehicle data related to battery status and the location of electric vehicles to their owners, users, and third parties:
* Has this provision been incorporated into national law?
* Have these measures been defined in national regulations?
* Have specific timeframes been established to allow manufacturers to adapt and comply?
3. If the Directive has not yet been transposed:
* Is there an estimated timeline for the transposition process?
* Will the inclusion of Article 20a in the national law be considered as part of the transposition?
