Avaldus lõivude tagasimaksmiseks
BioCC OÜ rahvusvaheline patenditaotlus PCT/EE2021/000003,
uue numbriga PCT/IB2021/000739
Lugupeetud pr Aasa Süld,
Palume tagastada Patendibüroo Ustervall OÜ-le järgmised Patendibüroo Ustervall OÜ poolt
15.09.2021 tasutud lõivud seoses ülalviidatud rahvusvahelise patenditaotlusega: esitamise
tasu 1261 EUR ja otsingu tasu 1775 EUR, kokku 3036 EUR.
WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroo luges Eesti Patendiametile 17.09.2021 esitatud rahvusvahelise
patenditaotluse PCT/EE2021/000003 esitatuks WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroole ja andis sellele
uue numbri PCT/IB2021/000739.
WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroo 8.12.2021 kirja (vt lisa 1 ) kohaselt tuleb tasuda kõik lõivud WIPO
Rahvusvaheline Büroole.
13.12.2021 Ustervalli kirjas WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroole palusime lugeda
PCT/EE2021/000003 jaoks tasutud esitamise ja otsingu lõivud lugeda tasutuks
PCT/IB2021/000739 jaoks (lisa 2).
WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroo 13.12.2021 vastuse (lisa 3) kohaselt ei ole see võimalik,
nimetatud lõivud tuleb tasuda WIPO Rahvusvaheline Büroole ja Eesti Patendiametilt taotleda
tasutud lõivude tagasimakset.
Palume tasuda lõivud Patendibüroo Ustervall OÜ pangakontole:
IBAN EE462200221011375383 Swedbank, SWIFT HABA EE 2X.

The International patent application with the current number PCT/IB2021/000739 was filed initially with the Estonian Patent Office on 17.09.2021 under the number PCT/EE2021/000003.
A new number PCT/IB2021/000739 was assigned by the WIPO IB.
The filing, search and transmittal fees are paid for PCT/EE2021/000003.
Since the number PCT/EE2021/000003 has been replaced by the number PCT/IB2021/000739, we hereby request that the filing and search fees paid for PCT/EE2021/000003 shall be deemed to be the filing and search fees paid for PCT/IB2021/000739.
The fees paid for PCT/EE2021/000003 are set out in more detail in the attached letter of Ustervall. Copies of payment documents are attached.
