Küsime terminibaasi IATE ajakohastamise eesmärgil üle alltoodud
terminite vasted. Algselt pöördusime meditsiiniterminoloogia komisjoni
poole, kuid nemad arvasid, et antud termini kuuluvad rohkem patendiameti
pädevusvaldkonda.
Need terminid tunduvad küll lihtsasti otsetõlgitavad, aga kuna
guugeldades neid väga ei leia, siis küsime kindluse mõttes üle.
Sellega ei ole väga kiire, kuna hetkel neid meil üheski dokumendis ei
esine.

Märkus: 1. This includes medical products and is particularly topical in
discussions on how to make medicines more readily available in the
context of pandemics, such as COVID 19.
2. Voluntary licensing is where patent holders willingly allow the
transfer of the technology and/or know-how related to their patents.
Patent holders' rights may be superseded in certain cases - for example
under the TRIPS Agreement - through the use of compulsory licensing
IATE:2224937.
