Dear Sir, dear Madam,
I am currently studying the different systems of protection of IP rights
in the European Union.
One of my main question concerns the existence or not of Boards of Appeal
in European offices.
Could you tell me if the Estonian Office has, like the EUIPO, Boards of
Appeal ? If yes, can you briefly explain to me how it works ?
