The PB is pleased to present Competent Authorities under the Apostille
Convention with an update regarding Saudi Arabia’s implementation of the
electronic Apostille Programme (e-APP).
Le BP a le plaisir de communiquer aux Autorités compétentes désignées en
vertu de la Convention Apostille les dernières informations concernant la
mise en œuvre par l’Arabie saoudite du Programme Apostille électronique
(e-APP).
La OP tiene el agrado de presentar a las Autoridades Competentes en el marco
del Convenio sobre la Apostilla información actualizada sobre la
implementación del Programa de Apostilla Electrónica (e-APP) en Arabia
Saudita.

Notification regarding the electronic Apostille Programme (e-APP)
The Permanent Bureau of the HCCH is pleased to inform the Competent Authorities designated under the
Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents
(Apostille Convention) of a new implementation of the e-APP.
Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has implemented an e-Register, with the following conditions:
1. The e-Register is available at https://ratification.mofa.gov.sa/ApostilleRatification/Search.
2. All Apostilles issued by Saudi Arabia are available for verification on the e-Register.

Notification concernant le Programme Apostille électronique (e-APP)
Le Bureau Permanent de la HCCH a le plaisir d’informer les Autorités compétentes désignées en vertu de
la Convention du 5 octobre 1961 supprimant l’exigence de la légalisation des actes publics étrangers
(Convention Apostille) d’une nouvelle mise en œuvre de l’e-APP.
Arabie saoudite
L’Arabie saoudite a mis en place un registre électronique, selon les conditions suivantes :
1. Le registre est disponible à l’adresse suivante :
https://ratification.mofa.gov.sa/ApostilleRatification/Search.
2. Les Apostilles émises par l’Arabie saoudite peuvent être vérifiées sur le registre
électronique.

Notificación relativa al Programa Apostilla Electrónica (e-APP)
La Oficina Permanente de la HCCH se complace en informar a las Autoridades Competentes designadas
en virtud del Convenio de 5 de octubre de 1961 por el que se Suprime la Exigencia de Legalización de
los Documentos Públicos Extranjeros (Convenio sobre la Apostilla) de una nueva implementación
del e-APP.
Arabia Saudita
Arabia Saudita ha implementado un registro electrónico según las siguientes condiciones:
1. El registro electrónico está disponible en el siguiente enlace:
https://ratification.mofa.gov.sa/ApostilleRatification/Search.
2. Las Apostillas expedidas por Arabia Saudita pueden verificarse en este registro electrónico.
