Anchoring is not permitted on underwater monuments. If activities are planned in the protection zone of an underwater monument, the National Heritage Board ([email protected]) must be notified at least ten days before work begins (Heritage Conservation Act (MuKS) § 58(3)(4), §59); 5. Before starting work, the locations of localised historical wrecks must be checked in the Estonian Transport Board's hydrographic information system (https://his.vta.ee:8443/HIS/Avalik?REQUEST=Main&WIDTH=1920&HEIGHT=911).
