Attached you can find a request for the same event, but for two additional participants - Elmo Puidet and Maris Praats. Elmo is the coordinator of one of the sub-activities, and Maris is responsible for communication issues. We are sending this request now, as the organiser has only recently confirmed their participation. We will definitely discuss at our next SC meeting how to continue with these requests in the future, how these events should be reported back and other questions you raised in your e-mail of 7 August. While awaiting our discussion, just for your information that overviews and lessons learned from such events are made available on the implementer’s website and shared via newsletters.
