In the coming weeks, we will provide you with all the necessary details regarding your arrival and stay. Meanwhile, please find below some key information for the Conference: * Accommodation costs for the duration of the event (June 8-10) will be borne by each delegation for a total of three nights. Hotel details will be shared in due course. * Each delegation is invited to participate in a 1+2 format (1 Chief Justice + 2 Judges or other representatives). * The conference will be held in English, and translation will be provided upon request, therefore let us know if such arrangement is needed. * As hosts, we will cover all meals throughout the Conference, including the Welcoming Dinner, as well as participation in the exclusive social program. * Travel costs to and from Tirana will be covered by each delegation individually. * Transfers between Tirana’s Mother Teresa Airport and Vlora will be arranged by the Supreme Court of Albania.
