Dear President,
The Secretariat of the Network is glad to inform you that the call for applications for the 2025 Exchange Programme is now open.
The exchanges managed by the Network are of a maximum duration of two weeks (10 working days) and a minimum duration of one week (5 working days). Exchanges longer than one week are conducted in the official language of the host Supreme Court. One-week exchanges can also be organised in a language other than that of the host Supreme Court.
Please find enclosed the practical information notice providing further information on the terms and conditions of the programme.
The Programme is open to seventeen judges from all Supreme Courts. The Secretariat of the Network notes that gender equality is a key factor when selecting/proposing candidates for the Exchange Programme activities.
We would highly appreciate if you could inform the Secretariat of the Network (
[email protected] <mailto:
[email protected]> ) by Friday, 28 February 2025 of judges at your Court interested in the 2025 Exchange Programme (names and e-mail addresses). Applicants are kindly invited to submit (also by 28 February 2025):
1. a curriculum vitae,
2. a letter of application indicating their preferences regarding the hosting Supreme Courts, their areas of interest as well as their language skills.
We draw your attention that the Network has limited funds available to Supreme Courts organising the exchanges to allow the use of an interpreter.
For your convenience we also attach the overview of the language courses provided by the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). Please feel free to circulate this information among your colleagues.

Le secrétariat du Réseau est heureux de vous annoncer que l’appel à candidatures pour le programme d’échanges 2025 est désormais ouvert.
Les échanges organisés par le Réseau sont d’une durée maximale de deux semaines (10 jours ouvrables) et d’une durée minimale d’une semaine (5 jours ouvrables). Les échanges de plus d’une semaine se déroulent dans la langue officielle de la Cour suprême d’accueil ; les échanges d’une semaine peuvent également être organisés dans une langue autre que celle de la Cour suprême d’accueil.
Nous vous prions de trouver ci-joint la note d’information pratique fournissant de plus amples informations sur les conditions du programme.
Le programme est ouvert à dix-sept juges pour l’ensemble des Cours suprêmes. Le secrétariat du Réseau note que l’égalité des genres sera un élément important lors de la sélection/proposition des candidats pour les activités du programme d’échanges.

[email protected]> ) avant le vendredi 28 février 2025 des juges de votre Cour qui seraient intéressés par le programme d'échange 2025 (noms et adresses électroniques). Chaque candidat est prié de soumettre (aussi avant le 28 février 2025) :
1. un curriculum vitae,
2. une lettre de motivation indiquant leurs préférences quant à l’accueil des Cours suprêmes, domaines d’intérêt ainsi que connaissances linguistiques.
Nous vous informons que le Réseau dispose de fonds limités pour permettre aux Cours Suprêmes organisant les échanges d’avoir recours à un interprète.
Pour votre commodité, nous joignons à cette lettre un aperçu des cours de langues organisés par le Réseau européen de formation judiciaire (REFJ). N’hésitez pas à diffuser ces informations auprès de vos collègues.
