Additionally to academic publishing, the collaboration will produce practitioner-oriented outputs in Portugal and Estonia - where AI-based organisational evaluation tools will be demonstrated and applied. Building on these outcomes, the partnership will pursue joint international funding opportunities, particularly under Horizon Europe, to scale the research and further develop AI-driven organisational evaluation systems. delta_signerName \* MERGEFORMAT Merli Reidolf Head of Department of Business Administration, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology, and Science INESC TEC May 15, 2026 No. 11-40/MM/610-1 LETTER OF SUPPORT TalTech Department of Business Administration fully supports the participation of senior lecturer Dr. Marge Sassi in the International Visiting Researcher Programme (IIVRP) focused on the research project “Socio-technical transformation trajectories for AI integration in organisations.” The proposed research stay of approximately 1.5 months (two weeks in January and one month in May/June 2027) will be conducted in collaboration with Professor António Lucas Soares.
