Dear Madam
This request is on behalf of the board of AVYO Innlandet, a regional division of the Norwegian
trade/labor union AVYO.
We’re planning a seminar for our members, with a trip to Tallinn 16th – 18th of September 2026.
It will be 41 participants, where all of us are employed at NAV (the Norwegian Labour and
Welfare Administration).
We would really appreciate the possibility of learning about relevant institutions in Estonia, like
Sotsiaalkindlustusamet.
Sotsiaalkindlustusamet has formerly contributed to a similar seminar for AVYO Telemark,
another regional division of AVYO.
They were satisfied with the talk/presentation, and we at AVYO Innlandet are hoping something
similar could find place for us.
By contacting the Embassy, Triinu Paist-Palm recommended reaching out to you for requesting
this kind of talk/presentation.
It is my understanding that certain employees / contact persons no longer holds their roles at the
Sotsiaalkindlustusamet.
Therefore, I hope you could clarify if a talk/presentation is still possible, or if you could assist in
contacting the right persons.
As mentioned, we are visiting Tallinn 16th – 18th of September 2026.
Primarily we would appreciate a talk/presentation 17th of September.
If possible, it would be nice to visit your offices as a part of our seminar.
We also have a conference room available at the hotel (Tallink City Hotel).
