We are pleased to invite you to the OpenRisk II Project Final Conference on Maritime Risk Management in the Baltic Sea Region, which will take place on 22 September 2026 in Kristiansand, Norway.
The conference will bring together experts, authorities, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss maritime risk management, and the outcomes of the OpenRisk II project. The programme includes keynote presentations, interactive workshop sessions, and discussions on future collaboration and development opportunities within the Baltic Sea Region and beyond.

Hotel reservation booking reference
A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at Scandic Bystranda for the period 21–23
September 2026. Participants can use the booking reference number BABO210926 when making
reservations.
Please note the following regarding hotel reservations:
• Rooms must be booked no later than 22 August 2026, after which any unbooked rooms will
be automatically released.
• Reservations can be changed or cancelled until 18:00 local time on 21 September 2026.
• Payment is made directly at the hotel in connection with the stay.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
• Breakfast buffet is included.
When searching using the reservation code, it is important to enter the correct hotel, the correct
date, and single/double room; otherwise, the booking code will not appear.
