Invitation to Speak at WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Berlin and San Jose (CA)
Dear Minister Keido,
On behalf of Sead Ahmetovic, Chief Executive Officer, and Benjamin Ruschin, Executive
Chairman of WeAreDevelopers, we are honoured to invite you to deliver the opening
keynote addresses at the WeAreDevelopers World Congress, both in Berlin and San
Jose, California.
The WeAreDevelopers World Congress is the world’s Iargest giobal gathering for
software developers, Al innovators and technology Ieaders. In 2026, the congress wiII
convene >15,000 participants in Berlin and >10,000 participants in San Jos, California —
both events wiII feature over 500 speakers from 60 different countries. A number of policy
makers, such as German Federal Minister Karsten Wildberger, wiII be speaking at our
cong ress.
The central focus of the 2026 editions is artificial intelligence and its concrete deployment
at scale — in enterprises, public administration and society at large. Particular emphasis is
placed on digital sovereignty, talent development, innovation-friendly regulation and
Europe’s position in the giobal technological Iandscape.

Furthermore, we wouid like to provide the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications
to take advantage of the foiiowing possibilities:
O Estonian Pavilion in the Exposition Area
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications wiH be present at the
congress with a dedicated pavihon in its own exhibition area, addressing more than
15,000 international tech talents, The pavilion wiII showcase the Ministry’s initiatives
as well as Estonian startups and scale-ups to both a local and international audience.
O Hackathon
WeAreDevelopers will organize a hackathon at the congress under the auspices of
the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The underying challenge will
be joint)y defined with the Ministry and implemented by WeAreDeveiopers.
O Tech Leaders Lounge
As host, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications will host the Tech
Leaders Lounge the area where CXOs, international board members, and VIP

guests of the congress convene. The lounge is designed for meetings and
discussions with selected executives, scale-up founders, as well as for press and
media activities.
O CXO Lunch
A CXO Lunch will be held, to which selected executives and founders will be invited
by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and WeAreDevelopers for a
working lunch and exchange with Minister Keido.
O VIP Invitations for CXOs
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications will receive a contingent of
VIP invitations, enabling it to invite selected executives, startup founders, and
relevant stakeholders.
Of course, we wilI be at your disposal for ali organizationai details, including travel
arrangements, accommodation, technical setup, moderation, and media support. Each
congress is attended by hundreds of international journalists, leading technology influencers
and bloggers.
We are confident that your contribution would not only enrich the program substantiveiy but
would also significantly enhance the visibility and impact of the congresses, and that our
