Hello everyone, my name is Bárbara Benito, and I am part of a research team at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. We are conducting research on the transformations of public employment and the changes that public administrations are undergoing within the framework of state modernization, digitalization, and the incorporation of new technologies. In particular, we are interested in how these transformations may impact work organization, required skills, and the future profiles of public sector employment.
