Dear Chief Justice Villu Kõve,
My mandate as President of the Constitutional Court of Korea will come to an end on
October 17, 2024. Let me express my heartfelt gratitude for your interest and support
extended to me and the Constitutional Court of Korea during my term of office.
One of the most enriching and rewarding experiences during my term was expanding
cooperation and exchanges while sharing experiences and wisdom with constitutional
adjudicatory institutions around the world. I hope that the amicable and cooperative
relations will grow stronger and advance further in the years ahead.
