Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117; “the Company”), represented by legal representative
Joannes van de Kimmenade, date of birth 15.10.1980, authorised:

Numbering Chief Specialist of Communications Department at Consumer Protection and
Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), to carry out number portability operations on behalf of
Voxbone the contact person who has access to the Numbering Management Database.
In the past, the operations of porting Voxbone numbers in the Numbering Management Database
were carried out by TTJA employee Diana Fenenko, to whom the Voxbone representative sent the
corresponding power of attorney. Since Diana no longer works at TTJA, please send a power of
attorney to carry out number portability operations on behalf of Voxbone to Kai Remmelkoor,
chief specialist of the TTJA communications department.
This power of attorney is issued with the right of delegation and is valid until execution of the
authorisation. This power of attorney is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Estonia.
