Lot 1 Subject: DELIVERY SCHEDULE Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding means of transport, after analyzing all possible options, we propose the following delivery schedule for units that will be obtained from the manufacturer’s warehouse in Europe. - 100 units will be delivered next week - 400 units will be delivered in mid-December - 342 units will be delivered in mid-January I am explaining the situation about current shipping possibilities for products obtained in China: 1. Send by train: not possible due new HS codes that have been restricted by Russian authorities. Merchandise with those HS codes will be seized in Russia. 2. Send by truck: The initially planned 35-day route has become unsafe because it is not possible to take ships from Aktau (Kazakhstan) to Baku (Azerbaijan) and it is necessary to go through Iran, which may involve the seizure of the merchandise. 3. Send by air: Not possible in commercial fly due to battery type and size (>47kg) of power station. We are looking into the possibility of chartering a plane, but we are not sure we can do so due to the current transportation situation. 4. Send by sea: Delivery time is 72-75 days including road transport to final destination in Poland. Awaiting your approval to reserve the products, we remain at your disposal.
