Dear MKM,
I am reaching out on behalf of JLL where we advise companies across the EU
on compliance with EU EED Article 8 and its national transpositions.
In anticipation of the implementation of the updated EU EED legislation from
September 2023, especially the new Article 11, we would like to understand
what changes are to be implemented on a national level.
We would appreciate if you are able to please advise on the below questions,
or direct us to someone who can:
* Has the new legislation (EU EED Article 11) been implemented/transposed
into your national legislation already? If so, please could you share a link
to where this is published.
* What is the new legislation's name?
* When will it be implemented?
* Are there any guidelines following the legislation?
* When does a company need to comply by in Estonia? Is it by October 2027 or
later?
