Culture Sector World Heritage Centre To: States Parties to the World Heritage Convention cc: National Commissions for UNESCO Advisory Bodies to the World Heritage Convention Ref: CL/WHC-25/7 14 April 2025 Subject: 7th edition of the World Heritage Site Managers' Forum Dear Madam/Sir, The UNESCO World Heritage Centre, ICCROM and IUCN, under the World Heritage Leadership Programme, are pleased to announce that the 7th edition of the World Heritage Site Managers’ Forum will be organised in conjunction with the 47th session of the World Heritage Committee. This Forum is supported by the Republic of Bulgaria. In addition, a limited number of travel grants will be provided by the Republic of Ireland and ICCROM to support the participation of some selected site managers. This year's Forum will take place at UNESCO Headquarters (7-9 July 2025), in addition to one online session (date to be confirmed). We kindly request site managers wishing to participate in this year's Forum to complete the application form by 4 May 2025 (23:59 CEST) at the latest. Once the site managers confirm their attendance, the respective State Party Delegations will be informed.
