Lapusneanu,28 MD-2004, Chiqinäu MOLDOVA Tartu, 7 May 2024 Dear Mrs. Domnica Manole, As I already mentioned in my letter on 29 December 2023,I am unfortunately unable to participate in the XIXth Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (CECC) due to prior commitments regarding the Council for Administration of Courts which could not be rearranged. Nevertheless, I would like the Supreme Court of Estonia to be represented at the Meetings of the Circle of Presidents and I hereby appoint Mr. Ivo Pilving, Chairman of the Administrative Law Chamber, to be the head of the delegation of the Supreme Court of Estonia and I authorise him to represent me in the meetings and vote on my behalf (Article 9 subsection 6-2 of the Statute of CECC). At the Meetings of the Circle of Presidents Mr. Pilving will be accompanied by Mrs. Karin Leichter-Tammisto, Legal Adviser to the Chief Justice.
