Thus, please find attached a formal letter from Madam Domnica Manole, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, addressed to honorable Presidents/Chief Justices of your esteemed Court, members of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (CECC). Together with the official letter of invitation you will find: 1) Draft Program of the XIXth Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts; 2) Draft Agenda of the Circle of Presidents; 3) Registration Form; which we are kindly asking you to return preferably before 18 April 2024. 4) Practical Information Note; 5) A preliminary List of Participants to the Congress; and 6) The letter of the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, with annexes related to the Court’s membership application to the CECC. The letter and annexes may be found in English, as well as in the other official languages of the CECC, namely French, German and Russian.
