Seoses sellega, et tegevuste formaadid olid keskuse jaoks uudsed, hindasime projekti senise kestuse käigus jooksvalt ajalist ressurssi ja võimekust ning viisime ellu tegevusi vastavalt võimalustele. Projekti vahehindamise hetkeks elluviimata tegevustest soovime 1 noortevahetuse korraldada järgmisel õppeaastal (2024/2025), mille jaoks soovime projekti kestust pikendada 24 kuuni. Please explain your request for a reduction of the project grant funding Soovime tagastada 1 noortevahetuse elluviimiseks mõeldud toetuse, sest esimese noortevahetusekogemuse põhjal hindame, et teiste õpirännete seas on Astangu Keskuse jaoks praegu optimaalne 1 noortevahetus õppeaasta kohta. Võimekust viia ellu vähem noortevahetusi kui algselt planeeritud mõjutavad ka käimasolevad muudatused Astangu Keskuse arenduseesmärkides ja organisatsiooni struktuuris, mis tulenevad kutseharidusreformiga seoses keskusele omistatud funktsioonidest. Soovime tagastada ka toimunud noortevahetuse eelkohtumiseks mõeldud summa, sest kogu ettevalmistus toimus veebi teel ning eelkohtumist ei toimunud. Samuti soovime tagastada toimunud noortevahetuse vastuvõtva asutuse grupi reisitoetuse, sest vastuvõttev grupp ei reisinud. Soovime ka vähendada planeeritava noortevahetuse vastuvõtva grupi reisimiseks mõeldud toetust, sest vähendame reisitavat vahemaad 10-99 km peale. Vahehindamise taotlusele on lisatud projekti uuendatud eelarve Exceli tabelina. Soovime tagastada ka osa kulupõhist kaasamistoetust vastavalt: 1) elluviidud noortevahetuses vastavad kulud puudusid, tagastame kogusumma 5000 EUR; 2) tagastame mitte elluviidava noortevahetuse kulupõhise kaasamistoetuse 5000 EUR; 3) järgmisel õppeaastal plaanis oleva noortevahetuse kulupõhist kaasamistoetust vähendame 1500 EUR-ni, tagastame 3500 EUR. Kokku soovime tagastada 13 500 EUR kulupõhist kaasamistoetust.
