Seoses eelnevaga teostas amet menetlustoimingu, mille kohta vormistati riikliku järelevalvemenetluse menetlustoimingu protokoll nr 12.8-3/23/4313-3. Menetlustoimingu raames võeti tooted „Wolf laste t-särk, must“ ja „Smart Rabbit laste T-särk valge“ TNVS § 54 lg 2 ja § 56 lg 7 ning KorS § 52 lg 1 p 5 alusel vallasasjana hoiule. Hoiule võetud tooted toimetati laborisse, kus analüüsiti formaldehüüdi sisaldust. Analüüsitud näitaja osas mittevastavusi ei tuvastatud (vt lisa 1 – 2).
