VOLIKIRI POWER OF ATTORNEY 28. detsember2023 28 December 2023 Vilnius Vilnius Dlb Trading OÜ, registrikood 11791329 Dlb Trading OÜ, registration number 11791329 (edaspidi ettevõte), volitab Anna Aida’t, (hereinafter - the ‘Company’), hereby isikukood 48306210448, kes on ettevõtte jurist, authorises Anna Aida (personal ID No tegema järgnevaid tehinguid ja toiminguid 48306210448), Company’s lawyer, to perform ettevõtte nimel: the following actions on behalf of the Company: - Esindama ettevõtte huve ettevõtte - To represent interests of the Company klientidega, mis on seotud interneti poe in its relations with customers of the Company’s www.kaup24.ee (edaspidi klient) seoses online store www.kaup24.ee (the ‘Customers’) klientide kaebustega Trabijavaidluste and the State Consumer Rights Protection Komisjonis järgnevas: Service (the ‘Service’) to the extent related to the: a) läbi vaatama kliendi kaebusi ja nõudeid, mis a) examination of the Customers’ applications, on seotud kliendi poolt ostetud kaupade, nende requests and claims related to orders placed by kvaliteedi või teenustega; the Customers to the Company and to goods purchased by them and quality of such goods; b) salvestama informatsiooni mis on seotud b) collecting of information required for the kliendi kaebuste, nõuete ja avaldustega; examination of the Customers’ applications, requests and claims from other employees of the Company; c) koostama ja allkirjastama vastuseid c) drafting and signing replies to the Customers klientidele ja sõlmima nendega and concluding agreements on resolution of kokkuleppementuluse otsuseid ja lepinguid disputes out-of-court with the Customers (up to väljaspool vahekohtut või kohtut, mille nõuded EUR 1,000 exclusive of VAT); maksimaalses summas ei ületa 1000€, mis ei sisalda käibemaksu olenamata riigist, kuhu toode on müüdud või tarnitud; d) õigus vastata kliendi kaebustele ja d) investigation of the Customers’ avaldustele, millega klient on pöördunud applications/complaints being examined by the riiklike institutsioonide poole nagu Service, drafting and signing replies to the Tarbijavaidluste Komisjon ja kohus ning latter’s enquiries, and confirming receipt of the kinnitada vastavate riiklike institutsioonide latter’s reports and conclusions; poolt tehtud dokumentide, otsustuste ja määruste kättesaamist. Käesoleva volikirjaga tühistatakse eelnevalt This Power of Attorney cancels the previously väljastatud volikirja.
