EUIPO apellatsioonikoja kohtumise ja seminari korraldamine

KÄSKKIRI 12.05.2017 nr 1-1/17-18-O EUIPO apellatsioonikoja kohtumise ja seminari korraldamine Finants- ja haldusosakonna põhiülesannetest tulenevalt: 1. Korraldada 18. mai 2017 hommikul Patendiameti õppeklassis EUIPO apellatsioonikoja, Patendiameti, Justiitsministeeriumi ja tööstusomandi apellatsioonikoja esindajate kohtumine. 2. Korraldada 18. mai 2017 pärastlõunal Nordic Hotel Forumi konverentsikeskuses patendivolinikele, kohtunikele ja teistele intellektuaalomandi spetsialistidele suunatud seminar „EUIPO’s Board of Appeal – appeal proceedings and recent case law on trade marks and designs“. 3. Kinnitan ürituste päevakorrad (Lisa 1 ja Lisa 2). 4. Määran ürituste korraldusliku poole eest vastutajateks teabeürituste koordinaatori Triin Urviste ja kaubamärgiosakonna peaspetsialisti Lehar Lehese. 5. Patendiameti finantsjuhil Aasa Süllal eraldada Patendiameti 2017. aasta eelarvest rahalised vahendid ürituste läbiviimiseks.
