Juniper Networks, Inc 1133 Innovation Way Sunnyvale, California, 94089 USA Our Ref: 17.10.2022 No 1-5/22-158 Risk of reputational damage Dear a representative of Juniper Networks, Inc Estonian Information and Communication Technology Centre manages and develops the private cloud of the Republic of Estonia (Estonian Government Cloud). Our customers are Estonian state institutions. SRX5400 firewall is used on cloud sites. Unfortunately, there are constant problems with one device starting from April 2022. One SRX5400 reboots twice a week and during that time customers are interrupted. All incidents have been reported and documented. Specialists from Juniper Networks have been engaged in solving the problems. As a solution, we have received two replacement modules, but the problem is not solved and is expanding rapidly. The SLA of the cloud service of the Estonian government does not meet the agreed goals, and therefore Estonian public services are not available. Estonian government has expressed dissatisfaction and Estonian Information and Communication Technology Centre has got reputational damage where we cannot meet the availability requirements. Customers are losing confidence in our cloud services, and therefore we expect the number of services to decrease, which will cause us financial loss.
