2. Kas kaitsetööstuspark ja Kaitseväe varustusladu on omavahel muul viisil seotud?

Lugupeetud Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus.
Edastasin 08.10.2025 Päraküla selts MTÜ nimel allviidatud teabenõude. Kahjuks ei ole ma tänaseks, st 24.10.2025 teabenõudele vastust saanud. AvTS § 18 lg 1 kohaselt tuleb teabenõue täita mitte hiljem kui viie tööpäeva jooksul. Alternatiivselt, kui vastaja peaks asuma seisukohale, et tegemist on selgitustaotlusega, tuleb kirjale vastata MSVS § 6 kohaselt 15 kalendripäeva jooksul. Mõlemad tähtajad on käesoleva kirja saatmise ajaks möödunud.
Eeltoodust tulenevalt uurin, millal on oodata Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute keskuse vastust Päraküla selts MTÜ teabenõudele.
