AvTS § 18 lg 1 kohaselt tuleb teabenõue täita mitte hiljem kui viie tööpäeva jooksul. Alternatiivselt, kui vastaja peaks asuma seisukohale, et tegemist on selgitustaotlusega, tuleb kirjale vastata MSVS § 6 kohaselt 15 kalendripäeva jooksul. Mõlemad tähtajad on käesoleva kirja saatmise ajaks möödunud. Eeltoodust tulenevalt uurin, millal on oodata Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute keskuse vastust Päraküla selts MTÜ teabenõudele.
