TERMINATION OF PUBLIC CONTRACT No 2-2/24/963 24.10.2025 No 2-2/25/963-3 Estonian Defence Forces (registry code 70008641, address Juhkentali tn 58, 15007 Tallinn) and Aktsiaselts Tallinna Lennujaam (registry code 10349560, Tartu mnt 101, 10112 Tallinn), represented by Katri Raudsepp, Estonian Centre for Defence Investments Deputy Director General acting as Director General pursuant to statute and the Director General’s Directive No. 1-1/25/54 of 08.08.2025 and authorisation (hereinfafter the buyer) on the one side, and UAB "Airstiga" (registry code 305254094, address Mažeikių Str. 73, LT-89453 Mažeikių, Lithuania), represented by Ilona Preibienė pursuant to statutes, hereinafter referred to as the seller, individually as a ‘Party’ and collectively as the ‘Parties’, on the other hand, have agreed on the basis of the contract article 2.3. and Law of Obligations Act article 13 subsection 1 in the following: 1. According to the agreement of the parties, the public contract No 2-2/24/963-1 is terminated. 2. The agreement enters into force upon signature by the parties. 3. The parties confirm that they have no claims against each other regarding the subject matter of the cntract.
