42ND ASSEMBLY OF PARTIES (AP-42)

The Director General of the International Telecommunications Satellite
Organization (ITSO) presents her compliments and has the honor to inform the
Parties of the following:
This is a reminder that the 42nd Meeting of the Assembly of Parties is
scheduled for 30 September - 2 October 2026, at American University
Washington College of Law (AUWCL), located at 4300 Nebraska Avenue, NW
Washington, D.C. 20016.
It is worth noting that AP-42 is particularly important because it will
review the status of the implementation of AP-41 decisions, review the
developments of the Working Group (WG) and approve the Strategic Plan for
ITSO (2026-2028).
The Director General would also like to remind you that an ITSO Symposium
will take place as a pre-event to AP-42 on 29 September 2026 from 14.00 to
17.00 hours at the same venue of AP-42.
The meeting will start at 9.30 am on the 30th of September. To facilitate
our registration process, ITSO has developed an online registration system.
If you have not done so yet, please pre-register online by the 28th of

Il convient de noter que la 42ème session de l'Assemblée des Parties revêt
une importance particulière, car elle permettra de faire le point sur la

groupe de travail (GT) et d'approuver le plan stratégique de l'ITSO
(2026-2028).
La Directrice générale tient également à vous rappeler qu’un symposium ITSO

La Directora General de la Organización Internacional de Telecomunicaciones
por Satélite (ITSO) saluda atentamente y tiene el honor de informar a las
Partes de lo siguiente:
Les recordamos que la 42.ª sesión de la Asamblea de las Partes está prevista
del 30 de septiembre al 2 de octubre de 2026, en la Facultad de Derecho de
la American University de Washington (AUWCL), situada en 4300 Nebraska
Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20016.
Cabe señalar que la 42.ª sesión de la Asamblea de las Partes reviste
especial importancia, ya que permitirá hacer balance de la aplicación de las
decisiones de la 41.ª sesión, examinar los trabajos del grupo de trabajo
(GT) y aprobar el plan estratégico de la ITSO (2026-2028).
La Directora General también desea recordarles que con antelación a la AP-42
se celebrará un Simposio de la ITSO, el 29 de septiembre de 2026 de 14.00 a
17.00 horas, en el mismo lugar que la AP-42.
La reunión comenzará a las 9:30 h del 30 de septiembre. Para facilitar el
