CL/01/2025 Rome, 17 March 2025 FF: Member States Invitation to the 2nd Extraordinary session of the ICCROM Council I have the honour to inform you that the 2nd Extraordinary session of the Council will take place on the 9th of May 2025 at ICCROM Headquarters in Rome, Italy. In line with the Rule 10.3 of the Rules of Procedures of the Council, ICCROM's Member States are invited to attend the session in an observer capacity subject to the decision of the Council. The Director-General, in consultation with the Chairperson of the Council, will draw up a list of observers to be approved by the Council at the start of its session. Due to the limited seating capacity at the venue, observers are kindly asked to attend the meeting online via Zoom. In order to receive the Zoom link to attend the meeting, you are kindly requested to confirm your attendance before the 2nd of May 2025 by sending an email to [email protected]. Registration for the session must be sent to the Secretariat from an institutional email address of the Member State. The Extraordinary session of the Council will take place from 10:00 to 17:00 Rome time and will be conducted in English and in French, as the two official working languages, with simultaneous interpretation. Conformément l'Article 10.3 du Règlement intérieur du Conseil, les États membres de l'ICCROM sont invités à assister à la session en qualité d'observateurs, sous réserve de la décision du Conseil. La Directrice Générale, en consultation avec le Président du Conseil, établira une liste d'observateurs qui sera approuvée par le Conseil au début de sa session. En raison de la capacité limitée de la salle, les observateurs sont priés d'assister à la réunion en ligne via Zoom. Afin de recevoir le lien pour assister à la réunion, vous êtes prié(e) de confirmer votre participation avant le 2 mai 2025 en envoyant un courriel à [email protected] . Les inscriptions pour cette session doivent être envoyées au Secrétariat à partir d'une adresse électronique institutionnelle de l'État membre.
