I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the invitation to participate in the XIXth
Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts that will be held next year on
21-24 May in Chiqinäu. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the event as I already have prior
commitments regarding the Council for Administration of Courts which could not be
rearranged. I express my sincere regrets for not being able participate and wish you every
success with the organisation of the Conference!
