Mr Reynders invites the Network (as a judicial network) to take part in the targeted consultation for the 2024 Rule of Law Report. The focus of the 2024 Rule of Law Report is on individual Member States and the scope of Network’s contribution is therefore limited. The Network can provide its contribution under the section “Horizontal Development” (please refer to the attached 2024 Rule of Law Report questionnaire established by the Commission). Please kindly find attached the draft contribution of the Network for the 2024 Rule of Law Report. We would be very grateful if you could inform the Secretariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) of any comments you may have before Monday, 15 January 2024. The Supreme Judicial Courts can also submit their individual contributions.
