Global Forum, taking place in Reykjavík, Iceland on 16–17 November 2026.
For the past eight years, the Reykjavík Global Forum has been co-hosted with the Government and
Parliament of Iceland. The Forum is the annual flagship event of the Reykjavík Global Community, which
consists of more than 12,000 leaders from the public and private sectors across 190 countries. This
community unites around a shared commitment to Power, Together, advancing collaboration, knowledge
exchange, and solutions that strengthen societies worldwide. Central to this mission is ensuring that
women attain and retain positions of power, influence, and leadership across all sectors.
Each year, invited Conversationists join a diverse and highly engaged coalition of leaders from business,
politics, academia, culture, and media to shape a more equitable world, one in which gender parity is
embedded within political, social, and economic decision-making at every level.
In 2026, 500 global leaders, parliamentarians, and heads of state will convene at the Forum under the theme
“Power, Together for Community.” The program will explore the vital role of women’s leadership in
addressing today’s most pressing global challenges and emerging opportunities. More than 30 main-stage
sessions, masterclasses, and workshops will feature distinguished voices from over 80 countries.
