Dear Ministry of Culture team,
Estonia already has a highly connected cultural and digital
environment across visual and applied arts, film, media, music, design
and creative organisations.
The next infrastructure question is how that network becomes project-aware.
For a specific challenge, which creators, organisations and
complementary capabilities should actually come together?
UNVRS is being built to answer that.
Creative Identity maps disciplines, skills, aesthetics, references,
experience, methods and working preferences. Portfolio Intelligence
interprets creative work. Network Intelligence reveals complementary
capabilities across communities. Creative Compatibility Score
evaluates fit around a specific brief. Matching and Compare help form
teams.
Then UNVRS supports real briefs, budgets, deadlines, deliverables and
constraints, dynamic recommendations, collaboration spaces,
opportunities, Brand Battles, Creative Resources, Masterclasses, Live
Creation, Pricing Intelligence, Reputation and Creative Graph.
Felicity connects that context so every collaboration strengthens the
ecosystem's memory.
We see Estonia as a potential founding institutional partner.
A first pilot could focus on one creative-sector network or
cross-sector programme.
A selected cohort.
Creative Identity and portfolio mapping.
Several real briefs.
Network Intelligence.
Project-specific team formation.
Collaboration inside UNVRS.
Then an institutional view of capabilities revealed, new relationships
created and opportunities activated.
The goal is not another digital directory.
It is to test what happens when one of Europe's most digitally
advanced countries gives its creative ecosystem a living collaboration
layer.
Would you be open to a 20-minute conversation about an Estonia x UNVRS
founding pilot?
Best regards,
Natacha Moxhet
